I still have 25% of my stuff left to figure out how to move. They then had one of my furniture pieces fall and it hit the floor hard. I asked is all good and they said yes. Then I realized it fell and hit the wall and damaged my piece and wall and they lied about it. When I showed them they just huffed and said oh man. In the transfer, they lose/steal? some of your items. Many items broken. Also, Guardian took a $200 deposit to transport one of our cars to NC. The transport never arrived. We drove 2 cars to NC from Texas (May 2025). Guardian never refunded the $200 deposit and continue to ignore my pleas for help (Nov 2025). Do NOT use them. They're sweet talkers, but poor performers. Have Movers come to your house for an estimate or use a pod. Don't go 3rd party. You have no control.

The next day someone else showed up at charged me around $950. with a check.They are supposed to accept checks or credit cards at pickup and pay the rest in cash at time of delivery. I told them I needed a 5/15/2024 delivery. on the 24th or 25th. I have had to board my 2 dogs and live in a hotel because of their lack of experience. I would of used a wagon train if I had known how bad they were. I have notified the State & National authorities not that anything will happen but I hope it helps the consumer.
