Unfortunately, it seems like the owner takes a big dislike towards her shop gaining more attention publicly over the squishy toys she sells. She had a short and cold attitude towards those lining up to go into her store (Even though they had driven from over an hour away) and has been hiding products and picking and choosing who she wants to sell to. She has distinctly been hiding the schyllings needoh products and prohibiting her workers from selling to anyone she doesn't approve of, automatically assuming you are a reseller without proof, or she is interrogating you personally to see if she is willing to sell you the stress toy. If she doesn't already know you, she just gives cold customer service. It comes off very discriminating. It's very sad and disheartening that in order to get a toy for your children or for yourself to destress, she causes so much stress. We asked for one of the holiday Needohs and she said there were none. Just for us to see people walk out after us with the same items we had just asked for...
