Staff seemed nervous around him and when I asked a simple question about products, he responded with attitude like I was wasting his time. The flower was decent, but customer service matters too -- especially in a place that markets itself as welcoming and premium. There's a difference between being direct and being rude. I left feeling uncomfortable instead of wanting to come back. If management treated customers with a little more respect, this place could actually be solid.
