Originally I bought a cheaper Wolf mod here. It sucked. It never worked. This was not the owner's fault. He tried to get me to buy the Pax. He even showed me how much tobacco he could pack in there and how smooth it was... but I wanted to save money so he suggested this. I should have listened. Anyway, I take the vaporizer home and charge the thing. It never turns on. I call the company and get the worst service possible. My partner calls the smoke shop and they say to bring it back if I haven't used it. I speak to a woman who I am assuming is the guy's wife. She asks me if I used it and inspects it. I somewhat jokingly say to her, "why do you guys sell this crap? this version of their product has horrible reviews online." She laughs. We work it out that they will take the cheap vape back and charge me the difference for the Pax. It worked out smoothly. I was very happy. I also bought some incense from them. They have a great selection of incense. They also have some cool clothes and other products. Nice little local smoke shop with great service. I noticed that there is also a medical cannabis dispensary a few doors down and another smoke shop. If you are looking for something to use to take your medicine, go here and not the one a little further down. They are cheaper and friendlier. read more

I brought in some vintage lighters and he was able to make them start working again! Not only does he know what he's doing, but he's very kind and easygoing. Sold me a water pipe that broke within 2 days. Used it once, had it stored on my desk. Thing grew a crack that snapped the thing in half like magic. I've never seen anything like it. To be fair, how on earth would the shopkeeper know that would happen? On the other hand, its a little too convenient that it broke in 2 days. Wouldn't recommend.
