    I ordered tech support in my home to connect a new printer to my wi-fi system in my new home…read more They scheduled an appointment and I paid. I did not get the confirmation phone call they promised me so I called them to confirm. Turns out that they had cancelled the service without notifying me even though they had my name, address, email address and phone number. If I had not called them I would have been up early the next morning (8 am) and would have sat there waiting until noon. Not only did they not notify me they did not refund my money. I had to demand a refund. Not even the manager seemed to be concerned about how I had been treated.

The Creve Coeur Office Depot is well stocked and always has multiple employees available to help. The employees always seem to be working on something, but they will stop what they are doing to help a customer with a question or need. This store offers Copy and Printing Services, Ink Cartridge Recycling Services, Free In-Store Pick Up, Rewards Programs, and more. Being a Reward member really pays at Office Depot, make sure you apply to the Program. The Reward Program gives Cash Back Bonuses, Coupons, and Recycling Rewards. The cashiers will even help you pull up coupons on your phone. I have found Office Depot to be on my rotation of places to find unique gifts for others. From a St. Louis Cardinal Office Supplies to Leather Wrapped Journals, from Beautiful Fountain Pens to Kids Crafts...Office Depot helps make people feel special and appreciated. I will return soon.

    This is the third time I could write a 5-star review for Computer Solutions in Sunset Hill. The…read more1st time was years ago when I was living in the country taking care of a family member. My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

    I've been ordering servers and spare parts from Orange for nearly 14 years now across 4 different…read morecompanies I've worked for. I think the total is easily 70+ servers. They sell great servers at very fair prices. We've almost never had new server money, so having a source of high quality used servers is incredibly helpful and lets us accomplish what we need within our limited budget. The servers have always been shipped on time, or even earlier than what's estimated on their website. Their in stock component sales are great as well and usually allow for some better hardware than we could otherwise afford. I've gotten to the point where even if there's a cheaper deal somewhere else I'll still insist on ordering from Orange. Every time the boss has pulled a 'look I found it cheaper' move it's ended up being a nightmare. With Orange you know you're going to get what you paid for in the condition and time frame that was promised. As with buying anything used there is the chance for issues to arise. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue Orange has always taken care of it with no fuss. It's used equipment. No matter how well they test it parts can still fail no matter who you buy it from. What matters is how you're treated when problems occur. We couldn't be happier.

    I ordered a server from them and when it arrived it was overheating and one of the fans did not…read morework. I called and they wanted me to start moving the CPUs around to see if the issue continued...I was told if it did they would send me a new motherboard (that I would have to install. Yes me install a new motherboard in a server...I told them they were creating more issues than what we have on hand as I know nothing about the inside of a server). I did as they asked and moved the CPU to find it was still hot...I called with the results thinking that as they had stated we would soon be installing a new motherboard and we could get the server up and running...but then they decided that I should remove two of the processors and see what happens....I was told that if the CPU was still hot we would then start testing the memory. I have had enough...what happens after the memory test? Will they want me to get a meter and test all the currents in the capacitors. Yes the warranty states a year but by the time you have pulled and moved all the stuff around they want the end user to do...the warrant will have long expired. I have totally given up on this server and this company and since they do not have a return policy on DOA servers...I now have a grand Paperweight on my desk. Jim

    Visited the Brentwood, MO Best Buy today to purchase a laptop. The store is currently under…read moreconstruction, and a large portion of the laptop floor models were roped off. I asked a store associate if I could look at the laptops in that area, and he told me to go ahead. A moment later, another associate approached me and said I was not allowed to be there. I explained that I had already asked for permission, there was no active construction work happening, and there were no apparent safety risks or dangers in the area. He still insisted I leave. What stood out most was that there was no attempt to help me find a laptop, answer questions, or offer alternatives -- just an abrupt and dismissive interaction focused on getting me out of the area. I told him I'd gladly purchase a laptop somewhere else where customers are either allowed to view inventory or are actually helped. His response was, "Yeah, go ahead and do that." He then followed me out of the store and watched me get into my car and leave. Completely unprofessional experience. The staff acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Don't waste your time.
