They sell great servers at very fair prices. We've almost never had new server money, so having a source of high quality used servers is incredibly helpful and lets us accomplish what we need within our limited budget. The servers have always been shipped on time, or even earlier than what's estimated on their website. Their in stock component sales are great as well and usually allow for some better hardware than we could otherwise afford. I've gotten to the point where even if there's a cheaper deal somewhere else I'll still insist on ordering from Orange. Every time the boss has pulled a 'look I found it cheaper' move it's ended up being a nightmare. With Orange you know you're going to get what you paid for in the condition and time frame that was promised. As with buying anything used there is the chance for issues to arise. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue Orange has always taken care of it with no fuss. It's used equipment. No matter how well they test it parts can still fail no matter who you buy it from. What matters is how you're treated when problems occur. We couldn't be happier.

I called and they wanted me to start moving the CPUs around to see if the issue continued...I was told if it did they would send me a new motherboard (that I would have to install. Yes me install a new motherboard in a server...I told them they were creating more issues than what we have on hand as I know nothing about the inside of a server). I did as they asked and moved the CPU to find it was still hot...I called with the results thinking that as they had stated we would soon be installing a new motherboard and we could get the server up and running...but then they decided that I should remove two of the processors and see what happens....I was told that if the CPU was still hot we would then start testing the memory. I have had enough...what happens after the memory test? Will they want me to get a meter and test all the currents in the capacitors. Yes the warranty states a year but by the time you have pulled and moved all the stuff around they want the end user to do...the warrant will have long expired. I have totally given up on this server and this company and since they do not have a return policy on DOA servers...I now have a grand Paperweight on my desk. Jim

I took the laptop in, they listened to the steps I had already taken and didn't disregard my input, and started working on it quickly. THE NEXT DAY, I got the laptop back with a cloned drive ready to go. Not only is the service great, the price is very reasonable with no odd charges or software added to the machine. When my computer started randomly rebooting, I suspected a bad motherboard. So, I took my computer…read moreinto ITS to get it checked out. This particular machine was a 4.5 foot tall monster with 7 hard drives (4 in RAID 5 (on a RocketRAID card)), dual cpu's, ECC RAMBUS, and more server parts than you could shake a stick at. Of course, being an old server, this is to be expected. They charged me $49 for a desktop diagnostic, running me through everything they would do. (At the time of this writing, competitors charged $59 or more for the same service.) Based on the amount of computers they had on their repair shelves, plus how busy they seemed, I was not expecting to hear from ITS for a week, at least. They told me it would be 2-3 days, but I got a call late THE NEXT DAY. They had discovered that my computer had a bad motherboard (which I knew), a stick of bad RAM (which I didn't know), and on my RAID drives was bad (which I suspected, but could not confirm). ITS had tried to update my BIOS, and looked for matching RAM, and a new motherboard, but in the end it was cheaper for me to buy a new computer. They were completely honest and upfront about the costs of everything. I got a nice used Compaq with 2 GB RAM, an Athlon 64+ processor, and Win Vista, which I then proceeded to install Win 8 on. For $250, it was a heck of a deal. My only negatives were that their parking lot was full of leaves, and some of their shelves were a little threadbare, but from what I gather, ITS Computers is a computer, and computer parts, selling machine. Their prices are comparable to, or lower than, other brick and mortar stores, but like every store that has overhead, they cannot compete with Amazon. Still, I was happy with the computers, and prices, I saw they had. I am insanely happy with my service, the prices were reasonable, the turnaround time was beyond phenomenal, and the professionalism of the staff was top-notch. I recommend ITS Computers to everyone. In fact, I was so impressed with what I saw, I applied for, and got, a job there.
