It has now been two weeks, and I am still waiting for a refund OR EVEN A RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. Caveat emptor--buyer beware.

An air-conditioned laundromat is a rare and welcome thing, so Q4mD gets props for having the AC on. - There are plenty of laundry carts to go around. - The tables for folding clothes are generously large, and there are enough to go around. - They have a comfortable seating area up front and a big-screen TV to help you pass the time. - Machines are fairly priced and the dryers are set at a proper temperature. Cons: - Many of the washers are out of order. One of the washing machines that wasn't out of order had huge clumps of hair sticking out of the holes in the tub. Gross. - Many of the dryers are out of order. In addition, there are several broken and/or junked machines in the front of the store, and the overall impression is that of management not really giving a damn. - No wi-fi - No bathroom for customers. This is an establishment where people have to spend two or three hours waiting on machines, and there's no bathroom? Really poor. The run-down condition of the place, the many out-of-service machines, and the lack of a bathroom far outweigh most of the "pros", which (except for the AC) I expect to find in a decent laundromat. They'd get 1 star if the air conditioning ever breaks.

I no longer trust them with my shirt laundry, much less jackets or more expensive items. Below is my story, including the way she treated me in front of another customer. Yesterday I picked up three dress shirts (two white, one blue) and when I got them home, one white shirt had fuzz covering the entire surface of the shirt - it was pressed, but also somehow exposed to another garment that sheds. The other white shirt had dust and dirt on the back. I considered using my lint roller, but when I realized how dirty the shirts were it was more appropriate that the cleaners fix it for me. I brought them back today to see if they would run them again. The woman (middle-aged daughter of the owner). With a bit of attitude, she started using her own lint roller on the shirt, did a few passes, and acted like it was better, telling me she couldn't see the lint that I clearly see. Maybe it was poor eyesight, but also poor customer service. I looked at the shirt and again pointed her to the lint remaining on the one and the dirt on the back of the other. Then came my biggest surprise, and why I'll never go back: In front of another customer who came to check out, she said, "I can't wait to start my new job, then I won't have to deal with all this nitpicking over two dollars." I was so dumbfounded that I didn't even have a response or comeback - I simply took my shirts and left. It was immediately clear to me that she was going to continue to argue and vent about me instead of running the shirts again to resolve the situation. In the end, if this is the way they behave when I come with an issue, I don't want them handling my shirts anyway.
