I came here for a very last minute alteration and I was pleased! I walked in on a Wednesday needing a pair of pants hemmed for my Hawaii trip that I was leaving for on Sunday. Ayten was able to get it done for me and the quality is unmatched! It was $45 because it was double lined, but typically bringing hems up is $20. I think this is very reasonably priced, and I will be back! She's a little out of my way, but I'm so impressed, I will be making the journey to her shop for all my tailoring needs. read more

A bag of cold weather clothes left for misc. mending and alterations. As the colder weather arrived I brought out a pair of pants that had been left for shorten of the legs. To my surprise the four inches they were to be shortening, were only folded inward and forgotten. When I returned to ask if the problem could be remedied I was told no. The woman is nice enough, but overworked a records aren't kept. check all the alterations you expected done immediately or you be leaving without satisfaction. The work is always done as requested, highest quality I have ever experienced. I had purchased made suits from a very reputable company, suit fabric choices were great, but the tailoring was terrible so I had to have Ayten do alteration to all of the suits. She altered the suits and now they look great. She is perfect! I will always go the Aytens and now my wife and kids use Ayten too. 5 star all around. read more

Owner is very professional and nice. I was unsure about the length my pants and she patiently pinned each side at different lengths and let me decide. After reading reviews of Nataliya Alterations, I chose to bring two dresses to Ayten's Alterations and I am so happy that I did! Ayten was super friendly and helpful when I dropped my dresses off, one of them a chiffon dress the other cotton. I needed both of the dresses taken in and she exceeded my expectations. They look beautiful. To top it off, I asked her to have the dresses done in three days which she said was no problem. I did pay a rush fee for each dress which I fully expected to. I had waited a little bit too long to get my dress altered. I had gone to another seamstress however they were unable to complete the task I needed nor the time frame. I went to Aytens Alterations in Enfield on the off chance that she would be able to do this, and in time. I special ordered a chiffon shrug to match my bridesmaid dress, which was really hard to find due to the color and shade of the dress. I ensured my measurements were exact and waited 2 weeks to get my order shipped to me. Much to my dismay, the sleeves were way too small for my large arms. With less than 2 weeks before the wedding, there was no possible way to re-order a bigger size and hope it might fit. While no one wants to admit they need a garment let out, I read reviews on Ayten's Alterations and thought I would give her a try. Not only was she super nice, she passed no judgement on my size or complicated alteration request. I walked in thinking "there is no way this can possibly be altered" and walked out with my new shrug amazed at the expert stitching and attention to detail!
