The price was completely reasonable, at $10 a pair, and she did accept a check from me, and I paid in advance. I brought them in on a Friday afternoon, and even though she was closed on Monday, she completed all the work before close on Tuesday. She was very accommodating and did an excellent job - I'll be visiting her again with more pants to hem! (Even short/petite pants are slightly too long for me!!). All the threads and hems look like they are original - I'm very pleased with the quality of the work.

My wife went to pick it up and when we went to put it on, my daughter realized that the colors were out of order. I went back to let her know, and she grabbed it out of my hand and walked away without saying anything leaving me standing there I asked her when I should be back and she said next week. I asked what day and she said Monday, Tuesday Wednesday. No apology, no acknowledgment that she made a mistake and absolutely no smile. Just angry eyes. She does good work, but I will never go here again.

(I've heard their owners use their a** kissing voice too many times, only for dry cleaning guests.) There is a wall of over 20 dryers, I could walk in on any given day and 6 of them will be out of order and another 6 for staff use only and nothing in them. But you still can't use them, even if all remaining are full and it won't get used by staff during the remainder of my time there, which they now doubled by not making another dryer accessible! I've walked out of this place beet red too many times. One time their machine ate 4.25 in quarters, attendant right at my side. Told me she didn't see me put anything in and refused to give me my money back. I start getting upset explaining that now I wouldn't be able to dry the clothes, she tells me she can take down my info and then if the machine is over the owner will call me back with a refund. Fast forward to next week, still no word. I go in a day sooner, see the owner and I noticed shes taking a key and just dumping the quarters into a larger container. I stop her and ask if she was able to count it up and see if there was an extra 4.25 in there? She tells me "no way of check", turns around and walks away. I started traveling to E.Windsor to go to the 24hr mat by the fire department. They are amazing compared to this s***hole, better convenience (no last wash or getting scolded for using anything in the last hour.), better prices on their machines, and the owner if she's not there is literally a phone call away with her number in many easily attainable spots.
