They are always friendly when I call plus all employees say they are on time & courteous in service. It's super easy to book through their website or to call and book. I would recommend Your Private Limo to other businesses looking to setup an easy pickup/dropoff service for employees!

A ride to the airport is as far as I would go with them. 1. Specifically instructed them to have the limo driver contact me upon arrival. Did not happen and ended up waiting 30 minutes and had my parents dropped off by another limo company because I couldnt find the limo driver. Response from the owner "I apologize that the chauffeur didn't contact you when initially on-site. I can assure you he had arrived on time and was on-site; a quick call to the office versus 30 minutes of finding alternative transportation would have easily confirmed the location of the chauffeur for your parents." Of course I called twice! but who the heck wants to leave messages on a machine the morning of their wedding! Plus why should I have to call? I gave specific instructions to have the limo driver contact me UPON ARRIVAL. 2. Had specific instructions to have the limo decorated during our departure from the wedding with a just married sign, rose petals, red carpet and bottle of champagne. Once again they only made it half way. Red carpet laid down and champagne but no signs or rose petals on the car as requested! 3. Saw 2 transactions on my credit card statement and am still waiting for details of what the 2 charges are for. Will update when I hear back. Overall, I wouldnt recommend yourprivatelimo to anyone. The only reason I actually gave them a chance was because Tracey (owner) stated that YPL had a reputation for a high level or service and safety and I believed her. Hopefully you wont be fooled. I suggest checking out Empire Limo they actually ended up fixing YPL's morning mistake and had a limo onsite to take my parents to the wedding!

When I saw OPV had launched a limo service I knew to expect stellar service from this as well. I did some price comparisons with other car services in the area and it was also one of the most reasonable. I emailed them my details, called with my credit card # (not comfortable sharing it over email) and all was good to go! As soon as our plane landed I had a text message from our driver, Zuko, who said he was ready for us as soon as we got our luggage. And he was right there outside in a massive Lincoln Navigator just the perfect size for our family of 5, 5 suitcases and skis. Yep, I tend to overpack. My kids are in car heaven between the iPads set up with games and movies, candy suckers and spacious room. They've even asked if we can buy that car next since we've begun the search for a new car ....if only the navigator fit in my garage! Overall, it was a great experience and I"ll be sticking with OPV in the future for all my car transportation needs.

My first warning should have been the fact that they don't have pictures of most of their vehicles. Received confirmation of everything 2 weeks in advance. Day of the pickup I started getting nervous as I had not heard anything else from them since. No text, no driver information. As it got closer to the scheduled pickup time I started calling. No answer. Phone goes to someone's cellphone vm. Decided to email. No answer. Ended up splitting my group into 4 separate Ubers/Lyft. Was not a fun way to start the vacation. Eventually they got back to me apologizing and said all of their fail-safes failed. Claimed it never happened before. They said they would offer to (if available) take us home from the airport for free. Naturally, they weren't available for our flight home, but said they were going to look into alternative arrangements for us and would get back to me shortly. Never did. Bottom line, spend a little more and go with a large, reliable company. Stay away from xecutive. Also looks like many of their 5 star reviews are fake and/or friends.
