We paid over $700 for a job and we did NOT get what we paid for. Once the concert was over, we had to wait for almost 1.5 hours for him to pick us up! This is unacceptable! First, we walked 2 times around the entire venue and parking lots searching for him, as he kept saying he was "dropping the pin with his location"...we never found him! We all tried calling him numerous times as well and all he could say was "I don't know where I am... or I don't know where you guys are!" Are you kidding me?? What kind of person that has absolutely no sense of direction becomes a driver? It was an awful end to a great night. AND to top it all off, I have gotten no response from the company except that they needed to talk to the driver first and they would get neck to me. NOPE!! Nothing! We had to drive ourselves from Indiana to Ohare and we missed the flight causing us to rebook and drive to Midway instead. After finally speaking with the owner, he agreed to reimburse me so I could pay for the airport parking. Upon returning from my trip 2 weeks later, I still did not have a refund. I called him from the airport requesting the refund again, and he simply said he "didn't have it but would see what he could do". A week later, still no refund and he kept promising to mail a check which I still have not gotten. He said he couldn't refund me through ApplePay (my method of payment) because his partner wouldn't approve. Now, almost 2 months later, still no refund and he has blocked my calls.
