I was skeptical initially when I reserved a spot with this taxi company to go from NW Indiana to downtown chicago to office in Fulton Market. It was like i was requesting chinese food! The dispatcher asked the most minimal of info and that got me to think a second thought. When I was ready to depart, I called the dispatcher and a really nice and modern Kia came to pick me up in under three minutes. The luxury, Kia Optima, was above expected, perfect and extensive. All that could possibly be needed for a guy like me. What regularly was a 45 minute ride actually took us 35 minutes to get to the office! To elaborate even further, all things considered, much to our dismay that March seventeenth was St. Patrick's Day. All roads heading downtown Chicago toward the west loop were crowded for the festivities. I thought for beyond any doubt that my driver would drop us at the nearest train and I would wind up strolling to the office in 30 degree weather and have a go at moving far from every one of the drunks. In any case, no, our driver weaved through Chicago's movement with such ability that he could discover a gap that empowered us to get to our destination securely. To find any gap on St. Patty's day is just about a voyage through Chicago! What amount did this service cost me? $42 as publicized and settled upon beforehand. Used this service from O'Hare Airport home to Schererville. Called to book weeks in advance, and the communication from them was wonderful. The day before I was to land, I got an email from them confirming the time and giving me the driver's name. I called when I arrived at O'Hare, after getting my luggage to let them know by what door I would be waiting. Even though the plane landed almost 30 minutes early, and my luggage was there waiting for me, I only had to wait about 7 minutes for the driver. And he apologized for that; though he needn't have; no idea I would be so early! His name was Mohammed. I just can't say enough good things about him. He was polite, professional, a very good driver and quite interesting to talk to. He is a tremendous asset to this company. I was visiting some friends in Hammond and something came up so they couldn't take me back to the airport. I was able to make a last minute reservation with Americar for about $25 less than Uber. My driver was Carlos and he was AWESOME. He texted me when he was on his way and when he arrived (a few minutes early). He also was very patient and didn't charge extra when I was running a few minutes late. The car was VERY CLEAN and Carlos was a very friendly, safe driver.
