We were dropped at the first winery went in, tasted some wine came out in the driver was gone. When we finally reached the owner, she said the driver had gone to get gas and go to the bathroom. 30 minutes later we were still waiting. When the driver came back, she said the owner had made her go to another town to do a quick ride. When we questioned this, the driver told us that the owner makes her do this often. The owner then gave us extra time for the inconvenience which was fine but when it came time to pay the bill, the driver asked for the whole amount. I explained we already paid a deposit and she told us she wasn't aware of that we had to pay the whole amount. When I took it up with the owner the next day, she said the extra amount was a tip. I tried to explain that a tip would normally be decided by the group and we would give that to the driver directly, but she didn't budge and had still refused to return the $100 that we overpaid. She also has a pretty crappy attitude for a business owner. Avoid this at all costs. Just a quick Google search will tell you that the business has changed names several times because of bad reviews and overcharging.

These people are terrible. They run their business out of the neighborhood I live in and one of…read morethem just cursed me out, in front of my child, because they attempted to sideswipe me in the middle of a snowstorm. They're always pulling unsafe maneuvers, such as not pulling over to the curb when stopping, driving too fast and failing to use turn signals. If their company is all about safely transporting children, they fail at their main mission miserably. Do yourselves a favor and find a transportation company that isn't dangerous and disrespectful. They're a scourge in the Chatham community. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

We can't recommend Sam and Allay Limo Service highly enough! We've used his service multiple times…read morefor transportation to and from the Chicago airports, including pickup in Michigan City, and every experience has been outstanding. Sam is professional, dependable, and incredibly knowledgeable. On our trip to O'Hare, he knew exactly how to avoid the heavy traffic and got us there smoothly and on time. On our return, he was tracking our flight, noticed we were arriving early, and was already waiting for us when we walked outside. That level of service is hard to find. His rates have consistently been better than other transportation services we've checked, but what really sets him apart is his reliability and customer service. If you're looking for honest, dependable airport transportation, don't hesitate to book with Sam. We'll definitely continue using Allay Limo Service for our future trips!
