This was my 2nd time booking with this company this past weekend. (Last time being in Sept 2019) I would recommend this Limousine service to everyone staying in the area. They were very accommodating to our group, Robert (our driver) offered to take group pictures of us, was very clean inside (AC worked great too), and overall great customer service from the beginning of our booking stage to the drop off. We stayed in Michigan City & they took us to two different wineries about 40 minutes away. Everyone was overall very impressed! First & LAST time I would use this company, Bus could of used a wash upon arrival, was a hot box inside bus, driver was tipped in cash and a zelle payment was sent to her personally and still told company she was never tipped. So my card was charged for tip and a $200 dollar fee for clean up which bus had sitting still water in the ice bucket area obviously not cleaned, but employees said it took them 3 hours to clean spills from the bus when I asked for pictures I was sent a bucket with sitting water. "Unjustified "!! Driver swerved so much we kept checking up front with her if she was okay. wish I could give 0 stars.Booked a ride for myself and 10 friends to the Millennium Tour in Chicago Oct 2021. I paid the tip beforehand because I knew I would be drunk and didn't want to chance losing the cash. We had a nice smooth ride to the concert... about 4 pickup locations then straight to the venue... we were drinking and playing music and dancing like anyone would on a party bus. After the concert when we were picked up, the music wasn't working. We all tried to connect our phones then asked the driver to help us because we couldn't get the sound back working. He said the speakers must have blew. Now he's driving all of us home very erratically, hitting every bump there was. I felt as if he probably did something to make the speakers not work because of the kind of music we were playing (we are black, he was of another race) and it didn't matter to him since he already got his tip. So I contact the company to ask them what can be done about this situation because I was not pleased with paying them over $1000 for a party bus but ended up in a giant Uber. First, they offered me 100% of my money back, then the lady said that was a mistake and she meant she would refund $100 back. I feel like I should have been refunded with half of my money back because we only got the party bus experience for half of the time. I could have just paid for Ubers for my group if I would have knew that this would transpire. Never again would I look in this company's direction for transportation because I didn't get what I paid for and they think $100 was a reasonable accommodation for this terrible inconvenience. read more

I ordered SECOND NATURE LIMO (SNL) for two evening, both nights a 25-person bus, to drive our company employees from hotel to restaurant and then back, as we knew people would be drinking and a lot of them were from out of town, unfamiliar with directions particularly in the dark. SNL was remarkably quick in responding to my emails. They were detailed about cost, punctual about time/location, and overall provided fabulous service. Ryan was our driver both nights. On the second night, after we were dropped off at our hotel, one of my "tipsy" employees was in a panic, crying because she lost her prescription glasses. Before I even started backtracking all our locations, Ryan reached out to me and said that he found someone's glasses. I was relieved, and my employee overjoyed. Second Nature was fantastic from start to finish. I booked a party bus with them for my girlfriend's 40th birthday in Southwest Michigan, after meeting with no success with MI companies. Moses assisted with my booking and was incredibly courteous and informative, even offering winery suggestions and making a last-minute change to our schedule. I don't understand why they have such bad reviews!! When shopping for a limo for a bachelorette party, Second Nature had the best prices in the area for a limo that could fit our party. Moses was extremely responsive and always available for any questions. On the day of Denise, our fabulous driver, gave us a call about 30 minutes before arriving. Once there, Denise was so helpful to get us packed in the limo, take pictures and make sure we have everything we need. She gave us great suggestions and always made sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough great things about her. The only downside is the comfort of our limo. On the sides of the limo, there were two benches that had open backs to allow access to cup holders and coolers. Unfortunately there was a bulky shoulder pad that ran parallel to the seats making the open back more uncomfortable. This was the Escalade limo so you may want to keep that in mind. Aside from that, the day went great and I would certainly use them again! read more

We were very pleased with the service provided by Second Nature Limousine's staff. Our driver was kind and professional and made sure we were all comfortable. He called when he was on his way, and he contacted us with details in regards to where he was parked so we could find him easily at the end of our event. A caveat to the five-star rating has two concerns. One, the limo smelled of cigarette smoke, which was a bit confusing considering the contract clearly states no smoking is allowed. The second point is a bit more of a suggestion. Due to an inability (because of large, slow-moving crowds of people) to reach our limo in a timely fashion after the completion of our event, we went over our agreed-upon time limit. While I understand that the $105.00 for such occurrences is listed in the contract, and I am not in any way disputing the fee, I wish that could be pro-rated. We could not get to the limo, which resulted in our reaching our drop-off point approximately fifteen-twenty minutes after the agreed-upon time. Since $105.00 seems a bit high for something over which we had no control, perhaps the additional fees could be charged in fifteen-minute increments. Nonetheless, for safe, friendly, and professional service, I would recommend this company for your limo needs. Thank you. read more

Hired 2nd Nature Limo for a wine tour with friends and family. Had pretty easy time booking the car in advance. Got a text saying Driver Jeff was on the way. He arrived early and was very service oriented. Very accommodating when we chose to go to different wineries, and even helped us set up a reservation at one he knew would prefer our group of 9 had preset time. Jeff was very courteous and polite the whole trip. He also really seemed to be concerned with our safety! Much appreciated! Would highly recommend his services! The car that arrived at the house was bigger than we had ordered. Found out the one we ordered had a mechanical problem, so Jeff brought the next size up, a stretch Escalade. Turned out it was great to have the extra room. Minor problems were no water available as promised, and the car had a few maintenance issues. Back passenger side door had a seal that was off and hanging inside the car, plus a minor issue on other back door. No safety issue though. This limo company ruined the whole day. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. The sound system in the "party" bus did not work for our 2 hour trip. So, if you like to travel in silence use this company. We asked the driver who was very rude from the start to please help us look at it. First, he claimed he did, then he claimed it wasn't his job. He is only to get us from point A to B. He became very irate after we asked him to look at it. He started screaming at us and tried to kick us off on the middle of the highway while it was raining, which caused everyone in the party to become very upset. Four members of our group chose to take an Uber over riding with this terrible driver and limo. We have never experienced anything like this company. Contact was good between company and myself. The driver was on time and professional for pick up and drop off to Ohare. He was helpful with my family's luggage. Five stars for driver. That's the good. The bad; Upon finding this limo company, I was assured the limo that was to pick us up was new and in good condition. This was far from what showed up. Old white Lincoln with rust spots and cracked paint. The rear axle of the car felt like it was going to roll away from under us. The drive shaft of the car was knocking so loud I thought it was going to come up through the floor. When I said on the phone that the last few limo companies I have used had old cars and I was looking for a nice new car, he assured me it was a new car. I'm not calling him a liar but I was lied to. I will not use this company again. 1 star for company. I still haven't found a decent limo service yet. Still looking though. I average two to three trips yearly. If I could do less than 1 star, I would. My daughters wedding, the event of the year, I actually had to hire 3 limo companies for all of the logistics to get people where they needed to be, approximately 400 people. I want to start with the negative before the positive. We needed the 30 person party bus and the 18 person party bus for one of the most important parts, getting the huge wedding party and some important family right after the ceremony to the picture location. The 30 person bus showed up 17 minutes late, no warning or even a good excuse, the 18 passenger party bus showed up 1 hour late with the excuse he had a flat, no call, no warning. Long story short, there are major wedding pictures without family specifically parents of the bride and groom because we were busy taking care of people because of the tardiness of the limo. We never made it to the picture spot. The drivers were Robert and Jason, and either one acted like they could care less. I still tipped them $50 each because that is who I am. I paid $3000 for the services including a shuttle that was used twice, right on time both times, Denise was the driver, she was perfect. I did not even get close what I paid for, which by the way they take out the day before the service, they make sure they get theirs, and actually I incurred more expense because I had to hustle some UBER for some guest. I did not call them on Monday, but was expecting them to call me to at least to apologize, and maybe offer some sort of refund, that would be good customer service. I received no call. I called them on Tuesday to tell them about the events, was told someone would get back with me. Later received a call from a lady, sorry did not get her name, went over the events, she tried to rationalize what happened but the timeline just is not correct, either she is lying or her drivers are lying to her. She said she would talk to Moses, I got frustrated and said have a nice day and hung up. I told myself if I got a call the next day I would not write any reviews, because I do not really do reviews, here I sit, no call, so they get a review. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING IMPORTANT, THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT WHEN THEY MESS UP. ALSO VERY CONCERNING, THERE ADDRESS SAYS ST. Horrible experience. I booked a limo for a 30th Birthday celebration to do a small wine tour around New Buffalo. When I booked the limo I was assured that this was something the company did all the time. The actual limousine was in very poor shape. There was little to no tint on the windows, the inside ceiling had pieces of tape on it. We were told the partition was broken when we requested it be put up (apparently so the driver could join in our conversation). Later it appeared she had no issue using the partition. At our second stop we asked our driver, Denise, to take home our friend who was under the weather. Unfortunately we were left at our second stop for a very long time as our driver got lost taking our friend home. I attempted calling multiple times hoping to get an eta so we could reschedule our next tasting but my calls went ignored. After she finally returned our driver was rude and refused to take us to our final destination. Her customer service skills were some of the worst I have seen. After deciding to head back she again became lost delaying our arrival time even further back to our rental home. I had hoped my concerns would of been heard after the experience by the office. I was met with a lot of excuses on GPS issues being common and even more excuses for the poor customer service we received. I was told a supervisor would reach out regarding our experience and I did not hear from anyone. Save your money and use ANY other limousine service. We will never be booking a trip with this company again. read more

If you want to be severely disappointed for what should be one of the best days of your life, then by all means use this company! You even get an owner with horrible customer service and no remorse for human emotion, free of charge! I used Second Nature this past September for my Bachelorette party in Sisters Lakes, Michigan. As choices weren't plentiful, I settled on Second Nature due to the fleet of vehicles they offered seeing as this was the only time in my life I would feel the need to rent an awesome Hummer Limo for me and all my girlfriends. After some email correspondence prior to the actual down payment, I had my chosen vehicle, a White Hummer H2 Limo with all the bells and whistles, and was informed of all the added pluses we would be receiving with it such as coolers and glasses. I should have known at booking we would run into issues as right off the bat when the vehicle we discussed was suddenly no longer available. I am a pretty easy going person so I didn't think anything of this minor set back at first and chose a slightly different model in a different color. All payment was in in a sufficient time and I was very much looking forward to this once in a lifetime experience. Flash forward to the big day surrounded by friends and family when what shows up to take us around.... A COACH BUS. Yes, a lovely blue coach bus with those awesome patterned chairs. No coolers, no glasses, nothing I was promised or better yet, paid for. To add insult to injury, I wasn't informed AT ALL of the change until it arrived. I even received a call from the driver stating he was on the way, seems to me that would have been a good time to mention the fact he would be arriving in a completely different vehicle. To say I was disappointed would be a heck of an understatement. We aren't flashy people so this was something everyone in my group was looking forward to. Let's move onto to Moses, shall we? Nice enough guy when he's trying to make a sale but try to get some money back after a horrible experience and the claws come out. Being a customer service manager myself, there's a certain way to handle situations such as this and there are very wrong ways. Moses has handled this wrong every step of the way. When finally settling on receiving some money back, after weeks of back and forth mind you, we are now once again being charged full price. 2 months later. Awesome. Up until the day of our event Moses was great. The limo did not show up where it was supposed to and delayed everything for us. When the error occurred which was the company's fault Moses was rude and condescending. Working with 2nd Nature was an awful experience. I recommend that you avoid at all costs. I have to say I loved working with our driver he was polite and apologetic for the error unlike Moses. *Edited* I'd like to address a few of the things Moses stated in his response to me. To begin I would like to acknowledge that there is some truth behind some of his points. He did waive the $50 fee for us to win over our business(We did only have one drop off location not two). He then used it against us to justify his mistake similar to what he is doing in his response. Our driver stated that he was unaware that he had two pick up locations so saying that he planned to send the car to one location first and then the other is inaccurate. A mistake was made by the company and information was not appropriate passed on to our driver. Even if Moses did feel it best to change which location the limo picked up from first at the very least it would be appropriate to notify us that he was adjusting our plan from how it was confirmed. This did not happen. Additionally, there is no relevance to where the office is located since our time was supposed to begin when we were picked up not when the limo driver left the office. Also, we were late to our destination. Keep in mind the reviews on the website are only ones the company chooses to publish. It does not allow customers to directly review on their website. There are positive reviews on facebook which seems to imply some people have had good experiences with this company. Unfortunately my experience did not match that. As stated by the owner the service was not booked under my name. I was however a guest within the limo and chose to review my experience with the company. I have reviewed two other limo services a month after I reviewed this one. We used them for other events and I enjoyed working with them. Hope this is helpful! Finally Moses made comments on here calling me "classless" yet doesn't understand how he could be construed as rude. He has since edited what he wrote on here. I'm assuming he began name calling out of anger due to my review not reflecting positively on his business. Second Nature was awesome! I booked the luxury diamond girl bus, it was a blast!! Moses was always so helpful when I called. Robert our driver was great too! He arrived 30 minutes before we were supposed to leave. The only small hiccup was that my itinerary was a bit off.
