I booked the limo bus for a 12 person wine tasting trip. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the driver and the office about the time our trip ended. Prior to the trip I sent them our itinerary- with timing and our reservation time. We got on the bus after our third stop assuming we were going to the forth reservation, but the driver just started driving us back to our house without saying anything. I asked where we were going, he said the time is up so I'm taking you back- I told him that wasn't right, that I had discussed/emailed the plans with the office. His next response, was well this is what it says on my phone and I have another limo group I have to get to. He dropped us off and sped away. I also asked our driver to give us a heads up when we had about 10 minutes before we needed to leave. He never did this. And in fact when I rounded up our group to go to the second stop he was parked down in the parking area chatting with another driver. I've planned over 20 wine trips around the country, and I've never had a driver do these things. I called the office several times and was told a manager would contact me, of course they never did. read more

I used Epic for transport from Chicago to Munster then back to Chicago - kind of the opposite of one might consider as NWI resident but Epic was great! First they were very communicative and answered all my questions - from the first time I called to just days before my event they were great about keeping up with me. I had one small issue - they charged me the final balance one day earlier than I anticipated but! I spoke with a gentleman on the phone (sorry forgot his name!) and he was incredibly apologetic and offered to immediately reverse the charge; it wasn't necessary but his sincere apology and genuine desire to provide superior customer service was excellent. While I didn't actually ride on the bus I booked - my POC for the bus was VERY pleased - she said, the driver, Guy, was very nice, polite and professional - he said he did a great job at both the pick up and drop off. Arrived late! Address and time confirmed a week before the wedding date and still arrived late! No alternative phone number was requested and blamed me for not answering. Why would I have a phone on my son's wedding day?!? Why would the driver not have the correct pick-up address and time that I confirmed the week before the wedding day? Limo driver did not get out to open the door and offer to help us get out of the limo. Refusing to refund my $126 for the first pick-up time. read more

We chose Epic Limo for our transportation services for wedding day, what we received was two completely different experiences. In full disclosure, we were refunded $150.00 for what happened on the party bus, (which is the included tip for the party bus driver/deposit.) The only positive review we have for this company is the transportation provided from our reception to our wedding night hotel. We received exceptional service and professionalism from our driver. He arrived earlier than our designated pick up time, therefore he was prompt in his timeliness. He helped us load our luggage into his vehicle before we left the reception. He did not speed, and was very professional. He helped us unload our luggage once we reached our destination. We were very pleased with our experience for that duration. Jim, our driver, provided us with an abysmal party bus transportation. Here are the following things that we experienced while on the party bus in the order that they happened: 1. Shortly after boarding the bus after our ceremony we wanted to play a song from our phone via the aux cord provided. When we plugged the phone into it the song was able to play, but we were not able to get a clear sound. In order to get a clear sound, someone had to hold the aux cord wire just right for the duration of any music we wanted to play on our devices. This was not ideal, and ended up listening to the provided music for the duration of our time on the party bus. 2. We arrived in Griffith, IN via Cline Avenue. Jim made a left onto Ridge Road, then made a right onto Broad Street. He hit the curb so hard he knocked over flutes full of champagne and food we brought onto the bus. 3. When arriving at our second photo spot (Griffith High School), he used the cement entrance way located on Wiggs Street to make a 3 point turn, blocking both sides of the road for a short time, to drop us off at the Auditorium entrance. There was an empty parking lot on his right he could have used to turn around. He could have even let us off in the parking lot which was no more than 20 feet from our entrance. He ended up standing on Wiggs Street for the duration we were in the school taking photos. He was in a no idle zone. 4. When heading to the reception Jim decided to go down Kennedy Avenue to get to our reception at Lost Marsh. He was speeding. One of my bridesmaids was not feeling well, and the speeding did not help. Kennedy Avenue has a set of rail road tracks you must cross over, it is better to say that we FLEW over those as my husband, my bridesmaid, and myself got 6+ inches of air time in succession. IT WAS PETREFING. This triggered a panic attack, which I could not have fully calmed down from until I was off the bus and at the reception space. (I did not want to move closer to the front because I was afraid and in shock.) My husband hurt his back (and eventually threw up), and my not-feeling-so-well bridesmaid threw up minutes later. We have been on rollercoasters with less air time, and we have been on similar buses driven by former teachers where we did not receive the amount of air time. (At no point should that have happened. Period. It is absolutely reckless, and Jim is lucky no one was seriously injured.) 5. When we arrived at the reception space, I was the first one out and headed immediately to the bathroom to collect myself, my husband followed. When my bridesmaid confronted Jim about the recklessness of his driving he expressed no empathy. Saying "If I knew the roads were bad I wouldn't have done it." I called to ask for a full refund of the party bus on December 5th, and was not able to speak to Jason, the operations manager until December 7th, after calling for the third time. When I was finally able to speak to Jason, he had told me that he had spoken to our driver, Jim. Jim had told Jason that he was going 15 MPH under the speed limit and said (and I quote) was "Doing the best he could." According to Google Maps majority of Kennedy Avenue is 35 MPH, parts are even 25 MPH. In our opinion that is difficult to believe that he was truly going 15 MPH under. Jason did not believe our version of events, and instead aired on the side of the driver's version. I told Jason, "that I originally wanted the $900.00 back, but by the tone of his voice that wasn't going to happen," Jason verbally laughed loudly into the phone and said "no." There after he agreed to the refund of $150.00 driver tip/deposit and promptly refunded it. It will take something short of an exemplary customer service miracle before we even CONSIDER doing any sort of business with Epic Limo. Never again. *UPDATE* 1/2/2018 After posting my review the owner reached out to me personally. I called him to further discuss my review. He was apologetic and empathetic to concerns. He even addressed steps that the company put into affect to better assist other customers in the future. In the end Epic Limo made it right, and they refunded us the remaining $750. read more

We rented the party bus for 6 couples to see the Cubs vs Reds game on 6/12/2015. Driver was courteous, on time, gave very clear directions on where and when to be to get picked back up after the game. Bus was stocked with beverages, ice and very clean. The entertainment system had video and bluetooth audio and was a blast to play with on the way to the game and back. The driver handled a few unscheduled stops like a pro. Highly recommend you try this for a group going to a game or event, it took it from just a ball game, to an entire day of fun. read more

We used Epic Limo twice for our wedding. We used the 14 passenger shuttle to drive our guests to and from the hotels, and we took a limo to the airport. They were great at helping me figure out what would work best for our needs. Our airport limo arrived before the pickup time so I wasn't panicking. We used Epic Limo for our wedding we used a stretch limo for the wedding party and used two shuttle buses to transport our guest from the hotel to the reception. The entire experience was wonderful. Jim our limo driver was amazing. He was so professional. He had made our experience so enjoyable. The shuttle buses were also great. They were on time and got our guest to and from the reception safely and timely. They helped make our wedding day great. read more

We used Epic and loved, loved, loved our driver John. He was awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone as a driver! He was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I also have nothing but great things to say about Ann the woman whom I worked with to set everything up. She was so sweet and one of the nicest women I've worked with in regards to setting up driving services (which we've done a lot with Epic and other companies!) Unfortunately we were HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with Jason, the office manager. I spoke with him a few weeks ago in regards to our services and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually cancelled my reservation at his own will. Ann recommended that I go above Jason and speak to the owner and Jason did not honor that request. My husband and I are both local business owners. We would never, ever treat a client or employee in the manner Jason treated us. I found it very disheartening that Jason has given us such a negative view of Epic and it has definitely influenced our decision on who we will choose next time we use a limo service. read more

We used them for our wedding to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue and at first they were great, but then things sort of soured. We'd contracted for 5 hours, but scheduled only 4. They'd called to discuss this, but I missed the call. I called them back and left a voicemail. It was never returned. When at the end of the scheduled time hit, we discovered we needed more time. They refused and said it would cost an additional $180 for a single trip to the hotel. Seriously?!? A bit disappointed... read more
