I lived at a location that Myles and his team serviced for close to 2 years. During that time, the quality of the service suffered, at the end, he decided that he was not responsible for doing anything other than mowing, refusing to do anything to the landscaped area of the property. In fact, he told me that he refused to do anything on the landscaped areas, and that "made him look bad." I suspect this has to do with his negative opinion of our family. At one point, my mother-in-law asked him a question regarding some of the plants on the property, at which he started yelling at her. My husband came out at that moment with the intent to resolve this situation, despite hearing Myles raise his voice at his mother. Despite my husband's attempt to de-escalate the situation, he grew more agitated. Eventually, I came out as well to try to resolve the situation, however, at this point, Myles was angry enough that he threw his edge trimmer on the ground and threatened to attack my husband. He stated he was not going to tolerate being "disrespected" and appeared to have decided that he would be willing to become violent. Fortunately for all, the situation didn't end in violence, but given that I lived in the neighborhood with Myles, we took extra caution to not interact with him any time he was servicing the property (as I was not the one paying for the service, the owner was). read more

I highly recommend them for your lawn care. I found out about them because they do the landscaping at my office. I was afraid my small yard wouldn't be a big enough job for them and they wouldn't care, but their quality is just as high at my house as it is at work. I was previously paying a teenager to mow the lawn but that was all he did. Executive Landscape Maintenance is the same price, but they also do the trimmings and clear off debris. They come by every week and keep it neat and clean. They're always professional and quick. Sometimes it's 1 guy, sometimes it's 2 guys. And bonus they're really respectful of my bratty dog who goes out and yaps at them sometimes! I hired these guys to take care of my yard. At first things went very well, Myles was friendly and very helpful. Then one of his workers ran his lawn mower into the side of the house. My wife and I heard a loud bang outside our kitchen window and we saw the helper mowing the lawn. We didn't think anything about it as I thought if there was a problem he would have told us. The next day I went out to work on our deck and noticed that the siding was broken at ground level in 2 places that coincided with the wheels of the lawn mower. I sent a message and pictures to Myles about the issue and he said to get an estimate and he would take care of it. Then a short time later he said they did not do it and he wouldn't fix it. He said I lied about the incident. He said it would only cost about $20 to get the materials to fix it at Home Depot, so he lost a customer over "... about $20 ...". Miles and his team are amazing, prompt and kind. I had a giant overgrown blackberry and ivy disaster behind my fence as well as some hedges and bushes that needed trimming. They went above and beyond and left our yard looking fantastic. They cleared the blackberries and cleaned up all the mess. Shaped all my shrubs and cleared ivy and ground cover that was out of control. All in about 3 hrs. Miles gave me suggestions on how to maintain things and was just a great guy to talk with.
