I brought my Yelp account back from the dead because I'm so happy with the service that we've…read morereceived from Lutz Tree Service. They took down a giant oak that was growing into the side of our garage, precariously close. (The previous owners just cut away a part of the roof to make room for the giant tree!) It was an awkward and tough job. They made it look easy. They mentioned that there was another tree with a branch in a bad place, but we decided to wait. That was a mistake. After the massive snow storm, that huge oak branch broke and was dangling over our garage. Lutz Tree Service came out, assessed the emergency and removed the branch the same day. In the dark, in the snow. Great service and reasonable prices. Thank you for saving our garage.

I have to preface this by saying I have had this company out 3 times in the past 6 years - and…read moretheir work is very good. My issue is with a receipt that just can't seem to make it from their office to my house. I have requested said receipt numerous times both via telephone calls and emails. Most requests have gone unanswered - but the two times I did get a reply it was with some lame excuse about accounting issues or computer problems. Regardless, it has been 4 months and I have still not received an invoice for the $950 worth of work I had done. For the life of me I can't figure out why a repeat customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company is being treated so poorly. It will most definitely influence my choice when next I need tree work.

I highly recommend The Tree Guys for all your arbor work!
