I've been there four times now and after the second time they knew my name and the third time I was picking up for my friend and thought he only got shirts and the mom said he has slacks as well and sure enough he did. Unfortunately have to end business w this dry cleaner , I move downtown trying to find good place to drop off and care of my clothes . Sadly they are very inconsiderate about damaged to one expensive item of clothes . I brought to their attention the damage and ask them kindly to fixed , months later passed and their are not taking any responsibility and found solution. Instead they offer free dry cleaner for less price what I pay for my sweater . I'm not willing to let anybody else go through the same situation . I was shocked how mean and rude their customer service a. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Dtla has much more better options to take care of your clothes UPD. Business owner commented on my review but after 30 minutes deleted it. However I have a printscreen of it. With this update I wanted to mention that this business owner tried to contact me in private messages in very intrusive and aggressive manner. Aggressive and mean are exact worlds how I would describe a way a dark hair lady who works there was talking to me. I believe that reaction from owner perfectly speaks itself about professional etiquette of that business. Took a crochet dress that had dye transfer under the arms from a black shirt I wore with it, plus a silk shirt that I managed to spill a drink on. Both came back looking brand new. PLEASE DO US A FAVOR, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS! BEWARE. This place is all about money. Professionalism and the kind of service they give was very bad! They will bait you and give you additional service that you didn't ask for and you will be shocked at the total cost. Of course there's nothing else you can do but pay for it because you need your clothes back! I brought in a coat and trousers for dry cleaning and the rest for regular fluff and fold. They said dry cleaning for coat is 20 and 15 for trousers and 3 per lb for fluff/fold. They charged me $248 total. I was so shocked! THEY DRY CLEANED ALL MY CLOTHES. I didn't want them all dry cleaned because some clothes are not meant to be dry cleaned. There was clearly a mistake on their end and they will never own up to it. I wanted to love this place since I live across the street, thinking it will be convenient. Not worth the stress!! Take your money elsewhere read more
