I went on a Tuesday and was told Friday initially but was able to get a turn around or Thursday. Place is clean, staff is friendly. They're paperless. I had my receipt in my email. I got a text when my dress was ready Thursday, as well as an email. I got 20% off as a new customer. Very happy w the service. I REALLY wish there was another location closer to Pasadena. I try to limit dtla, but next time I need something cleaned, barring closer location, I'll be back!

Now they have "accidentally" charged us DOUBLE the amount for our bill. They were clearly able to attempt to charge our card (3x) for the correct amount of $101.77 and then suddenly after giving them a different card they charged us DOUBLE the amount for $203.54!! The worst part? I had to call them back after giving them the correct CC over the phone, to alert them they charged the amount. Then the woman tells me "oh yeah, sorry, I accidentally charged double but it will fall off" (completely nonchalantly) ...what on earth!? How is this acceptable? These people will tell you one delivery fee, then charge another on a completely different order. They don't respond to emails, they have no online system for putting in orders, and now they will blindly charge you double the amount of money you are owed and not inform you of said charges. They are only open weird hours (11am?!) so good luck calling them in the morning to place an order. See my screenshots for proof! Shady business, shady people, I do NOT recommend and we will no longer be using their services. I will be contesting the charge in full (no money has fallen off to date, and I doubt it will).

I used it mostly for fast, inexpensive wash and fold at about $3 a pound, white shirts on hangars, suits and a few well done sewing jobs. A nice woman runs the place. A female business partner of mine also used her at my recommendation and only had nice things to say. The main difficulty is locating it. I thought they were closed when I first looked for them. If you walk out of the Omni and look across Grand, it is in the middle of the block between was is currently "Ocho" Mexican restaurant and Subway. There is a door to the left of the parking garage entry -- go through that and then the door on the right, past the parking attendant and the door to her establishment is back to the right of the attendant.

Since I have been using this cleaners there have been two (2) difference owners. The people who work there give great customer service. They do an excellent job on dry cleaning. If you are not happy, they will send the garment back without charge. They also treat their customers well. They are professional. The real key to the success of this cleaners is their manager, Zerleen Barbosa. Zerleen has been in the dry cleaning business for years. Zerleen is the reason I stayed with them when they moved to Macy's plaza. I can give her a garment without spot checking it. I know it will come back with all spots and stains removed. She spot checks your clothes. She is great with delivery. She will get your garments ready for you when you need them. Most of all, she is a joy to work with! Zerleen is also great with alterations. She does not do the alterations herself. But she measure the garments. She gives good advice on what looks best on the customers. She is confident in the advice she gives. That is part of knowing the business. In my opinion, Your Cleaners Online is top notch. It is better than most of the cleaners I have been to. You can trust them with your special garments.

It's clean, organized, and the service is always consistent. I usually drop off once a week and get everything back the next day, perfectly folded and fresh (not overly scented, which I appreciate). They separate lights and darks, and I've never had any items damaged or go missing. It's also one of the few laundromats I feel totally comfortable walking into alone well-lit, friendly staff, and easy parking. If you're someone who's short on time or just wants one less thing to deal with during the week, I highly recommend their wash and fold laundry service in Los Angeles.

Zero shrinkage, zero missing socks, and no strong chemical smell. Just solid, dependable work. The location is easy to get to after work, and they're fast -- usually next day. And when I've done my own loads, the machines are always working, clean, and fast. Not all laundromats in LA can say that. If you're looking for a place that respects your time and does the job right, this is it.

Staff were very helpful and the machines were clean. Staff were constantly cleaning the whole time I was there. Not much in the area to see or do so I just waited inside the laundromat. The main issue was customers hogging the carts and a few rude people. Some customers do use the same carts to bring in their dirty laundry and then those same carts are used to take clean laundry out of the machine (this is not the fault of the staff). I paid with my credit card. You tap the machine to start it and they authorize $17. On my credit card bill I was only charged $9 for the cost of doing my laundry and they never actually charged the $17. They do have a sign explaining this. They sell laundry detergent and other laundry products in the vending machine at very reasonable cost. I've used lots of laundromats in my life and this one was clean and the machines were modern and they have various sizes of washing machines including really large ones. The issues at laundromats are normally with customers and there is only so much management and staff can do. I'd return here.
