The owner will work with you and if a problem comes up he will take care of it, providing you bring it back in a reasonable amount of time. Owner will not sell you a car with major issues. Smart cars can not go to just any mechanic but they keep a mechanic on site that understands the cars and will work on them for a reasonable cost. Chris B.

We kept being told we will be called to fix the issues on the truck and we were never called. When we took the truck back they were trying to get us to go into another truck and we didn't want to do that either. They have wasted a month of our time. All they care about is the money and taking advantage of customers. We are now only getting $1600 back when we gave $4000. All they want to do is take advantage of people and their families. I would not recommend going there and don't deal with the owner or any of his employees!

I have been working on my credit but it's still not good enough for a new car. Friday, I went to purchase my second vehicle from credit cars, and my experience was so much better. The new manager Angelo, and Derek my car sales man made car buying a fun experience. They spent their whole day helping me find the perfect car for the right price. Bless their hearts, they went the whole day without eating just to accomodate their customers and I. I highly recommend buying from this car lot if you don't have the best credit and you have a trade in or a down payment. These guys will give you great customer service and are not typical pushy sales men. I will most definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Hi again this is Joan and my second review for Jim's Auto Emporium. This was my first(Hi, I just…read morewanted to let you know about my experience with Jim' Auto Emporium. It was early this year after my husband had passed away. Being a woman, I know I hate the thought of shopping for a car or Truck for that matter selling one. So, I took His truck out for one last ride. I pass Jim's Auto Emporium as I go home so I thought I would just stop and talk to him about my husband truck. He told me he would sell it so I could look and try and find a small gas affiant car. He called me after a few weeks and told me the truck sold, and he had my money. He got a great price for me. As I looked in his lot my eye caught a little red Mazda 3 We took it for a ride, and I bought it on the spot. I have never been happier with a used car. Jim is an honest man to a Fault. Hé helped me with all the paperwork. I did just want people to know there are car dealers that are the best in Las Cruces, NM. So, if you're looking for a good used car or truck go see Jim #@ Jim's Auto Emporium. P.S. I am adding a photo of my Mazda 3 A.K.A. as Ruby). So 3 years down the road and I had a leak under the front of Rudy. Took it to him and he told me that it was something that they were not able to fix there. He helped me find a place in Las Cruces that would fix it.Took it there and they got it fixed in 2 weeks. Price was OK. On the way home it was making a loud noise #@ right front wheel.I took it back the next morning and they told me what they thought was the problem and sent me a quote. (I guess I did not need my right arm or left leg.) On the way home I stopped @ Jim's and told him what was going on with other place .He said leave it here and I will check it out. About 5 hours later he called and said your car is ready.( Yes I picked myself off the floor.) He had the old parts and explained what had gone wrong. Jim fixed my car for 1/4 less than the other place.(So I keep my arm and leg). Being a woman #@ 73 it's hard to find someone you can trust and NOT try and get over on you.So if you're looking for a GOOD used car or truck check out Jim's Auto Emporium.
