Went into H Town motors looking at bikes after being told by James he would see what he could do…read moreabout making a deal with me after me telling him what I had to work with. After getting there his terms were well over what I had told him I was able to do. Then an offer for a bike that needed to be repaired came up. I told him I was interested and then took on the task of getting up the cash he was asking for said motorcycle. The whole entire process we kept in touch with them letting them know the progress. We got approved for a personal loan from our bank and was awaiting them to send the papers to be signed to complete the process. Called them to let them know we were just waiting on the bank and we're informed that the bike was sold out from under us. James knew I was going to purchase the bike but still sold it on a Sunday no less. This is not only backing out on a deal but it's no way to do business. If you can not trust a dealer to keep their end of the deal then you can not trust that dealership in any way. Buyers beware!

I then had it towed to another mechanic that I chose based on their excellent ratings. That mechanic ended up informing me that the problem with my car is covered by Ford and I needed to have it towed to the dealership. That leads us here - Shamaley Ford. Alissa was my service advisor and she was great - she even offered to keep in touch with me through text on her personal phone since she may not be by the business phone all the time. They got my car fixed, covered by a two-year/unlimited mile warranty, and I finally got to make the rest of my trip. The one thing I would say is for the people in the service department to maybe communicate better with one another. I had a guy call me a couple times saying/asking things that contradicted what I had already been told which made me nervous/stress about what was actually going on with my car - in an already stressful situation.
