It was Sunday night and nobody was open. We spent the night and were at Viva Toyota just as they opened at 7:30 AM. We spoke to Lee Cardenas in Service and he grabbed our keys and went to drive the car. Fifteen minutes later he brought our car back and they had tightened a bracket that had been knocked loose when I went over the curb. He told us no charge and we were out the door.
