Additionally, since I needed to pay out of pocket for a new windshield, Francisco let me arrange to have a local company put in the windshield while it was at their shop, so I wasn't further inconvenienced. EDIT 3: This is the worst repair shop I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Save yourself the worry and trouble. At this location, they won't speak to the things they deliberately did. Especially if Andrew Z is the one working. They will start name calling the second you say anything they don't 100% agree with. I wouldn't trust this place with my car ever again. Maybe if we have to go to the extent of name calling.. we should probably just take a deep breath? The paint matches to a T, and the parts (doors, ect) line up perfectly. Such quality work in a surprisingly short amount of time, considering all that needed to be done. They did a good job I thought by looking at it. After returning home I found glass throughout my car and now every time I open the hatch small pieces of glass can be heard rattling around. Apparently they double charged for much of the labor and wouldn't submit any paperwork my insurance company asked for so my insurance wouldn't reimburse me for the work done.
