My issue got fixed in a timely manner. I had to return for additional service but they were very accommodating.

Was sent to Main Street by my insurance company. Arrived on time and was met by a clerk. Mechanic went with me to my car and he said give me a few minutes and I'll check it out. The side bumber had become detached. He was back in 5 minutes with it completly fixed and buffed out. I asked how much and he said nothing!!!! I insisted and he said NO!!! Worst collision repair shop ever! I went to pick up my truck because they couldn't get it repaired for two weeks. The owner wouldn't let me leave without paying him $80 plus my deductible for a shawty temp repair job on my truck to make it "driveable" Long story short the Jackass owner called the cops on me because I refused to pay him for the shit work he did on my truck. Please do yourself a favor and never go here. I'm telling USAA to take them off their preferred body shop list. read more

My truck was fixed here at main-street-collision, couple of times, I have to take it back couple of time to redo it. I never take my truck there anymore they don't really care about you vehicle and if you're going to get an adjuster good luck they'll cancel it and tell you that you're insurance just canceling your appointment witch is not true so if your USAA members I recommend you don't go there. read more

Really nice, honest people here. We had a minor accident and were sent here by our insurance company. He had all of our info ready when we arrived, took time to examine and give opinions on what needed to be done and gave honest recommendations. Thankful for a place like this because so many would just be willing to rip off the insurance money. We will definitely recommend this tucked away shop to anyone who needs it and return if need be. After begin assigned this shop by my insurance company I was no satisfied with the repair!! Not only was the repair not like factory it was missing hardware and seemed to not go through aa post repair inspection. The person I spoke with was argumentative and once we had a conference call with the insurance it was like a complete different person on the phone then in person. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend the shop to anyone! read more

I arrived early for what they said was supposed to be a 20-minute evaluation only to find out that it was going to take "at least an hour." I object, quoting the 20-minute timeline I was told over the phone, but rather than reschedule I let them take my vehicle anyway to try and speed things along. After an hour's walk I come back, the guy rattles off a quick list of what's broken, and when asked about an item, he rudely tells me he's refusing the job. I took the time and let them have the time they needed, but apparently the $7k+ that I've spent there in the past means nothing. The place is on the pre-authorized list from my insurance company. You should find another place. The work I have had done two times was sub-par. Why would I accept that? They hide the poor workmanship in places you wont see until you really look. I mean when an doing oil change or other work on the car and noticing wiring spliced and run incorrectly, or missing bits/parts that they had to remove for repairs. I had a door panel that rattled only when window was down after repair in the winter. I did ensure the window worked. My mistake for not rolling down window and driving to listen for rattles... Bottom line; this is not the place I would take a car I wanted to keep. read more

Wish I could give a zero startstar. taking them 2 vehicles for repair, but not now. Took my truck to them at the appointed time. The manager, Steve came out to do the estimate. I'd missed a couple appointments due to moving from out of state, but the scheduler, Jesse, seemed cool. From the moment I arrived, Steve had an attitude with me. I had a cold and lost my voice, and he wouldn't stop interrupting me. Was very rude, insulting, and unprofessional. I asked what his problem was, and he told me to leave. Have not actually received work from Main Street but have visited for a couple of issues and always try to get me pointed to a less evasive and more cost effective solution first. Only reason not 5 stars is they haven't done work on our vehicles but always friendly and helpful when we visit for a quote. read more

The ins. comp steered me to this company. MS Collison II did a great job fixing the chrome bumper and rear end of my truck; one cannot tell an accident happend. The new bumper, Ford logo, and paint applied to the rear was a perfect match. The problem was the very young man who pressure washed my truck AFTER the repairs. He scraped paint off the FRONT of the bumper with his power washer!!! When I brought it back the next day to show the manager, he said "the bumper is plastic and won't rust, and to go to the store or Ford and buy matching paint...". WTH? Beware of this place and decline the power wash (which they don't disclose they do when you leave your vehicle there). Poor follow up by the Manager also. Next time I'll leave the island for repairs. read more
