I drove approximately 2.5 hours and even took time off work because I was interested in trading in my current Trail Boss for this truck. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the vehicle was not even on the lot because a manager was using it as a demo vehicle. It was extremely disappointing to make that drive only to find out the truck I had an appointment to see wasn't available. I want to specifically recognize my salesperson, Christian, who was professional, apologetic, and acknowledged how frustrating the situation was. This was clearly not his fault. My frustration is with the dealership's scheduling and members of management. If a customer has a confirmed appointment to see a specific vehicle, that vehicle should either be available or the customer should be notified before making the trip. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting visit ended up being a significant waste of time, fuel, and a day off from work. I hope the dealership reviews its process so future customers don't have the same experience.

The damage was near a large dent (4 inches across) that had been there since I bought the car (used) two years ago. I decided to finally get the dent fixed, since that panel was already going to have to be repaired. Custom fixed my additional dent for free at no extra charge to me or my insurance! Their price was right at what they estimated, and the estimating process was quick and painless. They had my car fixed in 3 days, no problem, and it came out looking great. The downside is that they aren't open on weekends, and stop doing estimates at 4:30 pm, so if you have a 9-5 job it can be hard to find time to go in. That being said, they did a great job, and I'll definitely consider them if I have any future bodywork.

They called me to say the van was ready for pickup and they found the exhaust system heat shield on the down pipe loose and rattling and they re-secured it and the noise was gone The total bill was $72.01. However, the noise persist so I took it to another mechanic. The diagnosis was the Left and Right Front Sway Bar Links needed replaced and the repair was done. Since then , the noise was eliminated. They are pretty reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being cheated or taken advantage of - their recommendations were reasonable and the staff was kind. All Makes and Models is truly a rare experience for an Auto Maintenance Shop, and after my first…read moreexperience, they have won my business hands down. We were recommended by a friend, I decided to give them a try, and found that they exceeded expectations all around What I discovered about them is that they don't charge you to look at your car and give you an initial evaluation like most auto shops which could be $100-200 just to even look at your car. The recommendations that came back from my repair was on the high end in the worst case scenario, and that was absolutely on par with the dealership's service departments. However, they recommended the repair plan to start with the simple repairs and if that doesn't work go on to the further so overall my bill was much less than going to a branded Repair Shop. The repair ended up working right off the bat, at a much lower cost, and they treated me like I was a person. They spoke to me like I was a normal human being who didn't really know much about car maintenance and I greatly appreciate them talking to me at my level. Looking at the cars that were in there repair lot, it ranged anything from really old classical cars to really high end sports cars, and then every normal car in between. They clearly have a skill set that is suitable for All Makes and Models (dad pun). I can't recommend them enough, they're practical, down to earth, and they work with you to meet you at your level. First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process.
