I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to do extensive research and have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing. We purchased a used truck that was advertised as being in good mechanical condition and "clean and rust free." We were told this in the listing, in messages, and in person. We did take the truck for a short test drive before purchasing, but the mechanical issues and coolant leak were not apparent during that approximately 10-minute drive. During our hour-long drive home, the truck began overheating, warning lights came on, and we had to stop halfway home to add a gallon of coolant due to a leak. We immediately took the truck to our mechanic, who found multiple mechanical issues as well as severe rust that was concealed with paint, which the dealer later admitted to doing. This was not disclosed to us before purchase. We also discovered the truck had an emissions system deletion that was not disclosed, making the vehicle illegal to operate on public roads. The dealership owner offered to replace the rusted-out bed with another bed sourced from out of state. However, the replacement bed was not the same color and was covered in dents. We declined this offer because we did not feel safe driving the truck the hour back to the dealership, we were not in a position to pay for towing there and back, and after discovering the true condition of the truck and the undisclosed issues, we did not feel comfortable having the dealership's mechanic complete repairs. This is not a case of buyers remorse. We understood we were purchasing a used vehicle and expected that there could be normal wear and age-related issues. Our issue is that the truck was not in the condition it was advertised and represented to be, and that major problems and concealed defects were discovered immediately after purchase. At this point, the truck was not safe for us to continue driving and we were put in the position of owning a vehicle we could not safely or legally use. When we brought these issues to the dealership, they refused to take responsibility and relied on the "as-is" paperwork, despite the vehicle not matching the condition it was advertised and represented to be in. One of our biggest regrets was trusting the dealership owner's words and representations. He presented himself as someone with strong values and honesty, which made us feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the trust and transparency we expected. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and customers deserve honest descriptions and full disclosure. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! This has been the absolute worst customer experience I have had in my life! I bought a truck from Dan in April. The listing said "no rust super clean". This was stated in messages with me on Facebook marketplace as well as in person to myself, my wife and my parents. In person he also said the truck ran great and was mechanically sound. I made it about halfway home(50 miles) and the truck started leaking coolant everywhere. Considering everything else I discovered in the days following the purchase, I'm lucky I even made it home. The next morning I took it to my mechanic because of the leak and the fact the AC had stopped working. While trying to figure out where the leak was and looking around the truck he noticed that there was a bunch of concealed rust and that the bed rails were so rotten and rusted through that there were even some missing. They were spray painted to appear not rusted. I called Dan and asked for him to do the right thing and take this truck back, which he wouldn't do. This has been going on since April. He continues to hide behind his "As-is" paperwork, deny all responsibility and not address the fact he's selling vehicles that aren't roadworthy after he lies about their true condition. So here's the deal: I have a coolant leak, a leaking pinion seal, a rear wheel seal that's leaked fluid all over my brake (rendering it useless and unsafe), oil in the turbo, a federally illegal emissions system deletion (which I was never made aware of), undisclosed caps on the rockers and cab corners that he installed to conceal rust, and a rusted out bed. As you would imagine there are more issues than just these. I filed with the Ohio AG's consumer protection office and they're useless and do absolutely nothing. They forward the cases to the BBB. In that filing, which is pubic record, you can see his attitude towards customers who spend their hard earned money with him and trust that he is selling "Solid Rock" vehicles. He even went as far as to admit he painted the bed sides and claimed he said to me that only the bedsides, rockers and cab corners were clean and rust free", NOT TRUE! He's everything you've ever heard about a used car salesman. He'll respond to this saying "it's an old truck and blah blah blah As-is sale and I offered to fix the bed". He also said I was underneath the truck with his mechanic. I WAS NEVER UNDERNEATH IT WITH HIS MECHANIC. That is a straight up lie. Regardless of this vehicle's age or condition, Dan has deceitful and shady business practices. He presents himself and his business to the public as having good Christian values, which he clearly doesn't follow. So save the bull Dan, you've had more than enough time to make this right and you refuse. People can see for themselves. Check the bad reviews because they're true. read more

As dishonest a pair as I've ever seen. Bought my Dakota and when inspected in PA was told it has massive frame damage that was obviously covered up intentionally and is unrepairable for inspection. Honorable decent mechanic stated " not repairable for roadworthy operation".Apparently duct, tape and undercoating was used in places to mask major issues. I was told vehicle was gone over completely and repairs were made-Lie. Was told had a warranty-lie-then was told it didn't. It's obvious to me I was lied to just for a sale. Exhaust manifold bolts broken and jerry rigged together had to pull heads to fix correctly. Cost thousands of dollars in repairs.
