They did a good job when my car was vandalized but they put…read morea brand new tie on a cracked rim, said I had a warranty with the tires but then turned around and said I didn't. When I called to discuss the warranty the one gentleman was rude and unprofessional, basically told me I was on my own. Mind you I live in Kent so taking my car in for a tire rotation every 5k was a pain when they weren't covering nothing but then said I had to bring it to them in order to carry the warranty? Which is it buddy?! Needless to say I will NEVER go back there.

My car isn't new and has a good amount of miles but it feels new. The Easterling Bros maintain my car and i worry about nothing. We just took a 1600 mile round trip with no issues at all in my older vehicle. Next month i will get new tires from them and aside from general maintenance including oil change, i have a "like new" car. Making an appointment is super easy. The prices are great and visiting them feels like visiting family. They did a great job inspecting the car for our trip. I wish i could put ten stars up there. They deserve all of them.

They said that they fixed the radio slot because the radio was loose, they folded 2 pieces of foam rubber and put it on each side with no front plate because they broke it. We had asked them to do a lot of little things and they did none of them. They had our car for two weeks and did basically nothing. But you get charged for hours and somehow they claim to have spent a lot of time on it, I really don't know how. I will NEVER take a car there again nor will I recommend this garage to anyone that I know.Extremely disappointed!!!!
