My wife and I purchased a Mercedes Benz SUV from this dealership about a month ago. Her Honda Pilot was recently totaled during the torrential rain storm in Dallas during late June. Settlement on the value of her car from the other party's insurance company had been a slow process with several disappointments along the way. So, she was not in the mood for any more disappointments in service, failed promises or out right lies. She was very suspicious from the start about everything at this dealership. But, to her surprise, the dealership's salesman (Jose Torres) was very pleasant and attentive to our interests and anxieties. He made us feel comfortable in asking questions and on the answers that he didn't know, he found other more experienced personnel to satisfy our inquiries. The car was presented with some make-ready items unfinished. But, promises were made to fix those items, and they were fixed. Although I had pre-approved financing from my credit union, the dealership's financing options came close to what I had and the paperwork was completed very timely while we were there, in a courteous and professional manner by the finance manager, Raul Garcia. We were able to take the car home that same day. After the sale, we had a couple of repair issues to occur. We considered these issues to be major, especially since this was our first experience with the Mercedes brand and the maintenance warranty we purchased with the car was not effective until 30 days after the sale. However, on two occasions, the service manager (Adam Presser) and the Managing Partner of the Dealership, (Payam Rahimian), fixed the problems in a courteous and professional way. Looking through some of these other reviews I can't believe I was at the same location... I was in the market for a Ford Transit van, they had one in my price budget because I was paying cash. Amdy was my salesperson, he was AMAZING to deal with straight forward and honest, they held the van for me until my funds came in. When I drove the van I noticed there was a warning light on, I didn't realize one of the owners was there he told me it was the door switch and he would fix it. When I picked up the van it was close to closing and I was leaving and noticed the driver window didn't roll down, they said bring it back the next day and they would fix it and they did. The van runs and drives great the light is gone and they fixed the window which they didn't have to, I am buying a used van and I didn't catch it when I test drove it. My son was with me picking up the van and he liked the Porsche they had, we test drove it and he purchased it the same day. They gave him top dollar on his Tesla when he traded it in. I personally will not shop around in the future for more vehicles because of how well everything went. From the salesman, to the finance manager, to the owner great honest people to do business with. I personally had a really bad experience with Grand Prairie Ford, when I drove a newer van then what I purchased I couldn't even get it up to freeway speeds because it shook so badly, they tried charging me a $3500 fee for there fee on top of the listed price, why is the van listed for $32,999 and they are charging over $36,000 for the van when I told them that is deceiving and it was listed at $32,999 they said I would have to put a thousand dollar non refundable deposit on it and the van is as is... Let's start this off with simple facts: I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali with 84k miles in April 2019 from Excellence Auto Direct at a price 68% depreciated from the price new. As it has been over a month and I've seen zero issues with the vehicle - in fact, I've grown to love it more each day - so I feel confident suggesting this dealership and one representative, in particular. Every issue I asked the dealership to handle before I took possession was done properly. Every issue they needed me to come back for, later, they handled properly. Simply put, I got a fantastic deal on a great car. My experience in the dealership with both the management as well as the salesman working with me - Alexandro Alvarez - was fantastic. Alexandro was up front and enthusiastic; I never got any impression of dishonesty or guile from him, and I believe everyone walked away from the deal happy. While I think every dealership is going to try to play games, I at least felt like these guys were playing games by the rules. They didn't try to spin things or push weird deals on me: I came in and within a couple of hours, we got the price to where we could both accept it, and I paid for the car outright. No extended warranty, no extra anything: just the car, for the price, in the condition I requested it to be in based in my inspection. I cannot guarantee my experience as a norm, but I can say that my experience was excellent. Can't say enough about my experience with this dealership! I drove 5 hours to Dallas with the intent of looking at cars at other dealerships. Those fell through en route and I happened to see their listing online while sitting at a gas station wondering if I should go back home...no pic because they had just received it. Communication was great! It was still being inspected and needed to be readied for us to see. Knowing we were from out of town and were pressed for time they really went out of their way to get this car ready for us. From the moment we pulled in we had a great experience. We were there for a while simply because they still had to finish detailing and buffing, etc. The owner Matt and internet sales manager Butch, as well as the entire staff, were so friendly and accommodating! The greatest experience I've had at a dealership ever. Simple process.In My Case I had liked a car on their website and made a phone call, Front desk transfered me to sales and was answered by Sales Manager "LIMON" He answered all my questions related to the car i was interested in and after asking my permission sent me further details on my Phone via text. Very very very impressed and pleased with our purchase here today. We found a car we were interested in online on 1/5/2016 @ 4:30pm. I called their office and spoke with their internet sales manager Anthony who was honest, up-front and made the process overall the most stress-free car buying experience possible. My salesman was Stephen Esquivel an he was amazing! He worked with my situation did not try an lie an con me it was so easy I knew I was being tricked! Surly was not expecting to get the exact car I wanted! I was in and out in 2hrs!!! No joke! The customer service from all the staff was great! We were very impressed with this dealership. We saw a car online that we liked at 6:30pm, got up there after 7 and they were supposed to be closing at 8. We didn't want to keep them late so we took a quick test drive and headed back, when we got back Matt was there to greet us and insisted we take the car for a longer drive, out on the highway so we could get a good feel. We ended up buying the car, didn't get out of there until nearly 10, and there was no complaints. They were constantly asking us if we needed anything, we never felt pressured or rushed or anything, several times they gave us time to talk things over and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. What a great experience my husband and I had with Sophia...kudos to you Lady...We first saw the Lexus on Tuesday, did a quick test drive. They offered to let us take the vehicle home that night and take it to our personal mechanic to look at the vehicle next morning which is closer to our home than Excellence Auto is.
