This bank decided to change their bill pay software. All of…read morethe credit cards, phone bill, internet service, etc. bills that were being automatically paid got screwed up. I started receiving emails and phone calls asking why i had not paid my bills. When they converted, they gave the accounts weird names like my Mastercard showed up as SWE card. I had to make several phone calls and all i got was "Sorry". The final straw was my cell phone bill is not able to be automatically paid so I will have to monitor and go in every month and change the payment amount. And, all the payment history is gone. Terrible system.

Manager at no point addressed the line to say sorry for the delay just paced back and forth it took me almost 30 min to be assisted by a teller. Eventually as I was leaving they finally opened another teller but the manager should've addressed the line sooner and at least apologized for the lengthy delay. It's sad that poor customer service is a more common occurrence. I've never had this happen at another branch.
