Duke is charismatic but runs client credit cards without written estimates, contracts, or agreements for frivolous amounts ($50k each) that exceed anything a Big Four accounting firm would charge. He will do this privately without the usual procedures involving his client concierge or onboarding agents like Austin or Taylor. Blaming automated billing systems, merchant software, He will say whatever is needed to buy time. It appears as though misappropriated client funds are carrying his business and lifestyle. Everything is "5-10 business days" or "the card is showing as declined on my end". You would think that a licensed tax professional would run meticulous accounting on their business accounts--not here. You will have to pay another more reputable firm to correct everything. Spend countless hours disputing credit card charges. Etc. This is absolutely terrifying that someone like this has all of your most privileged information.
