I have been getting my taxes done from this company for over 2 years now and the last couple of…read moreyears has been a nightmare. I have never and I stress NEVER had to speak with the IRS so many times in my life. In speaking with the IRS I was told that I had a business and it took a $15k loss - WOW and my son's information was on my taxes as EIC ( Earned Income Credit) he is 28 ( he has not been carried by me since he was 17) strange, no it gets better. When I called regarding the "less amount received" I was told by Krissy " everyone taxes are short" . I figured since she has been doing this for some time that she knew what she was talking about that it was the IRS fault as she stated. I pulled my tax records for the past 5 years and KRISSY KWIK Tax has been adding unnecessary deductions on my forms and that has caused the IRS to audit me. Her company has made my life a living hell!!!!! If you have any sense at all YOU WLL PULL YOUR RECORDS FROM IRS.GOV and make sure you do not have a business or that you are getting EIC for which you are not owed. I do not deal with FRAUDULENT people and Krissy YOU ARE A FRAUD! I DO NOT NEED YOU TRYING TO HELP ME GET MORE FUNDS I AM OK WITH WHAT I ACTUALLY EARNED. YOU HAVE TAUGHT ME TO NEVER TRUST MY TAXES WITH YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN. I PRAY TO GOD THAT YOU DID NOT GET YOUR HOUSES, STORES AND OTHER BUSINESSES OFF THE LIES YOU HAVE PLACED ON ME AND I AM SURE OTHERS.
