Jose and his associate spent about 4 hours on my job and not only did they produce tile and carpet that looked like new, Jose took the time to educate me on which cleaning products, in the sea of products available, would most effectively clean and prolong the beauty of my floors. He even provided me with booties to wear so that I could walk on the damp carpet while it dried. this small detail showed me that not only does this company prioritize customer satisfaction but also takes great care in their work. He is a kind, intelligent, articulate and extremely professional young man who didn't mind taking time to explain things to me. He also uses tools to check for moisture of the carpet not just his instinct like a different company had done prior (and had missed some spots due to their outdated methods) . This review is long overdue, Jose provided his services on 10/22/2018. I requested my sectional couch to be cleaned. They were heavily stained as we are a family of 6 with 2 little kids. We requested a quote over the phone but Jose insisted he come by and take a look for a more accurate quote. He arrived when he said he was and assessed the sectional couch and told us what material it was and what cleaners work best along with the cleaning technique that he will do. He provided a reasonable quote and we agreed. He arrived the day of the appointment and did exactly what he said he was. He estimated the job would take a couple of hours but he was here for about three and a half hours cleaning my couches BY HAND (no change in price). He got every stain out and my couches look brand new and smell great. He also left some after care instructions that would be helpful. I am amazed at the work Jose did. I was caught in a bit of a pickle when my boyfriend and his cousin up chucked in my car last night. I have not personally received this man's services on my home because he would refuse to bring forth and show his proper identification which is a basic requirement for all service providers who access our homes in our neighborhood. I do not understand why this man would not disclose his true identity. Be wary to trust someone like this. But in fairness, he is very courteous in his communication. read more

Superb work. Jose knows what he is doing, and walks you through the entire process, letting you know exactly what he's using and what it is going to do, which was really nice. He was very upfront about a stain that probably wouldn't come out, and told me exactly why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again.
