Wow, the experience I had with the guy at the counter! He was condescendingly friendly while insulting me. He told me he thought I was coming in to scream at him...? I was literally coming in to pay for my gas. He also told me, like I was an idiot, that the green handle was for diesel and to make sure I put the right one in. He then told me he thought I would have been driving some piece of crap car; by what standard of judgement, I don't know! I will not be going back to this station to get insulted. In California is a requirement to give out for air and water. I was greeted by a very rude gentleman who then told me he had no control over the air and water when I asked him about California's law requiring them to give air and water to paying customers he then looked at me like I was very rude to him turned his face completely sideways and said no we don't. I only went for gas and paid cash so it lowered the price by $.11 per gal!! I went back to use the restroom and the clerk was very funny. The restroom was very clean. It looks like there's a service area for vehicles - a shop- attached in the rear. I appreciated the cheap gas, clean restroom and humor! Thanks!! read more

The employee let myself and another customer in the building but then locked the door (locking the 3 of us in!) and wouldn't ring up any transactions until his coworker arrived and their shift change was completed. The other customer got upset that he wasn't being rung up and their argument escalated very quickly and I felt completely unsafe. Finally when the 2nd employee arrived and unlocked the door, I did my transaction and left but I could hear the worker commenting that "other people should have spoken up"; clearly meaning me. Excuse me?!? He put me in a threatening situation and I will not get involved! If there's a shift change going on, the worker should have never let us in! That could have escalated even further into a worse situation, possibly even life threatening. I will NEVER be returning to this gas station. It's not worth the savings on their cheap gas. read more

So don't use the car wash. Aside from that it's the cheapest gas besides Costco. The clerks are nice. The air machine always work.

I came to get air on one of my tires, front driver side I go inside, wait in line and this chick with a forearm tattoo is the cashier.. I don't know if she just woke up or was high off something cause she did not look right. I specifically asked if she could turn the air machine on and she just looks at me with this dazed look in her eye like she didn't hear me or she couldn't understand me. Anyways, I start walking to my car and I'm waiting there for a good 10 min seeing if she turned the air on. To my surprise nothing. She was probably expecting me to just say screw this and put quarters in the machine. Horrible employee. At any other job she'd get drug tested and fired on the spot for something so minor. I had a nearly flat tire, and needed to add air to it to get home safely. I pulled in to the closest gas station and tried using the air pump, but maybe because I was freezing cold from the rain - or user -error... I needed help! Thomas was working at the register and offered to help me.... in his shorts... in the rain. In about two minutes, my car was inflated safely to get home and I was on my way. The owner is a real POS,I drove my truck through the car wash and the machine ended up on top of my truck leaving about 2000 dollars in damage.He agreed to pay my deductible then blocks my calls.Never payed anything. read more

I have been using this station for years and have never encountered an issue, until now. I took my car through their "touchless" car wash, and my car was literally UNTOUCHED. It was just as dirty as it had been prior to washing. There is a coat of dirty film from the recent storms and this car wash didn't clean it whatsoever, so I complained the on-duty attendant who told me I had to call their corporate office (Excaliber Fuels) if I wanted a refund. Bunch of crap for a $7 wash, but I still feel ripped off and am trying to get my money back. With this in mind, don't waste your money on this place. read more
