I asked for $60 on pump #2. This Shell employee says they do not have change for $100. So I said Ok I'll take $80 on pump #2. (Less change). I was told in a second rude tone that they would not take my $100 bill. I asked, "so you don't have $20 in change? I don't care if it's a few $5's and a $10." He told me "No, I don't have change for your $100 bill." , I can't help you. It wasn't just the answer but the rudeness ofv the delivery of the answer. I said, I've not ever been treated this rudely at any business. I was told they don't care I Said fine I guess I'll get Gas somewhere else and that I would not be coming back to Shell again, and that I would be posting a Yelp review. The employee said... "OK GOOD, post your review." I walked back to my car feeling so disrespected, changing my mood from what had been a great day into just feeling mad. Test them with some mystery shoppers if this review and your other similar reviews don't convince you, this person is bad for business. I won't be back.
