His response to my inquiry was immediate and we set up a face to face consultation about what I was looking for and what services he could provide. I went into the gym with a bum shoulder from playing softball and a shaky hamstring to say the least. Over the past few months he has put me on the right track starting from me getting my bloodwork done, which supplements to take, and being on the correct diet to reach my fitness goals. Every week I have shown improvement both mentally and physically. If I ever have a question regarding my diet or a workout his response time is almost immediate. Here I am now 4 months later with the shoulder and hamstring pain gone and looking forward to all my workouts. The new gym looks fantastic, and the new equipment is a huge improvement! While getting familiar with one of the new treadmills, I needed some help figuring out one of the programs. She spent nearly an hour with me, patiently explaining how to use the treadmill and walking me through the different features and programs. She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. She made sure I completely understood how to use the equipment and left me feeling confident about using it on my own. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to take so much time to help a member really impressed me. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Linda is a wonderful representative of 24 Hour Fitness, and I hope management knows what a valuable employee they have. Thank you, Linda, for taking the time to help me and for making my experience at the newly renovated Summerlin gym such a positive one. I truly appreciate you! I have a long history with this gym, having been a loyal member for over five years before I moved, and now for another full year since returning. I was shocked to receive a renewal offer $200 higher than my current rate. While I understand the facility underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation, my experience tonight proved that this price hike is entirely unjustified.Critical areas have been completely neglected: Pool and Sauna: The area is dirty and poorly maintained. The sauna has detached wooden boards that pose a safety hazard, and the door slams violently. Locker Room Infestation: The women's locker room had multiple live roaches crawling across the floor. This is a major health concern for a freshly "renovated" gym.Cleanliness, basic safety, and maintenance should be the bare minimum. I truly wanted to continue my long-standing relationship with 24 Hour Fitness, but these sanitary issues have made me seriously question whether renewing is worth the additional cost. I expect these issues to be addressed immediately.

I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.
