Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. I can't do all that but hey at 60 I'm doing more than I ever expected I would.

Said they were THE ONLY 24 in the NATION that doesn't allow guest pass users to play basketball. His little sidekick and him were cracking jokes and dapping each other up as they continued to say things like "go bounce your basketball outside". I asked for a manager and he Said no manager was on duty which seems like negligence but hiring this clown is negligence IMO. Oh and his little sidekick thought every little dig was hilarious and looked more stoned than what you'd see at a ziggy Marley concert. What clowns! I'm a little riled up right now and the dust will settle but I haven't had someone be so rude to me in a place of business, especially at a gym where you're trying to get healthy. NO I won't be back to this 24, and yes I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Hope it was worth it, tweedle dee and tweedle dum! Update: I spoke with Linda GM and she said I'm the only person to ever complain about this employee, which anyone with any size functioning brain would find hard to believe. I asked her to run the cameras back but something leads me to believe she's the reason this club is failing (based on reviews) she enables her employees bad behavior. I'm going to drop this, but 24 hour fitness should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such bad representatives of their brand. But now it makes sense why they've closed all but 2-3 24 hour fitnesses in Las Vegas. Bad talent decisions. Update #2: manager commenting below saying they take this very seriously, where was this level of seriousness when we were on the phone? You essentially told me you didn't believe me, you said he's been with the company for 5 years and zero complaints except ME. What happens when they see this review and ask what were YOU thinking, Linda?! If the corporate complaint comes it's coming from you, run the cameras. Next person I'm calling is regional manager. Update #3: people are noticing. Picture attached. I found corporate operation's managers phone number and email. Reaching out Monday.

Coach Jay is an absolute standout and a huge asset to the studio. His energy, motivation, and attention to form elevate every class, and he has a way of pushing you to do more while still making you feel supported. Huge shout-out as well to Coaches Michael, Devany, and Abby -- each of them brings something unique, and together they create an encouraging, high-energy environment that keeps me coming back. This team genuinely cares about the members and it shows in every workout!

I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.

Early mornings, mid-day breaks, evenings ...it doesn't feel like fitness is something you have to force into your life. It fits into it. The variety of classes creates space for consistency without pressure. Whether you're balancing work, family, or just trying to stay sane, there's always an option available. That flexibility alone removes one of the biggest barriers people face with staying active. Overall, Life Time feels less like a traditional gym and more like a lifestyle hub that understands how people actually live.
