I was nervous, because I had never worked out in a class before, let alone done any sort of weight lifting. Being a woman, I was excited to work with trainers who were also female. The first day was intimidating because everything is fast paced and there's a lot to remember (when you're not used to that type of environment). Osi told me not to worry, that after a few days I'd get the hang of it. She was right, it wasn't scary anymore! If I ever got confused, she was right there to help me. If I struggled, she would lessen the weight or show me an alternate exercise. I have scoliosis and some moves are extra hard for me. I feel fully supported here. Molly has also helped tremendously. Both Osi and Molly are encouraging and want to be sure you're getting a full work out, but in a safe way. I always feel amazing after my class, and sore the following day!! Osi checks in on me often by sending me texts asking how I'm feeling and offering advice if needed. She even sends yummy, healthy recipe ideas as inspiration! The icing on the cake is the uplifting environment Osi has fostered in her gym. All the women I've encountered there are so friendly. Each one says hi when they see me. I'm writing for few reasons: 1. Disgusted that this type of aggression and temperament from any person would be allowed to make a woman feel unsafe at any time inside of this business. 2. The male member yelled and called the other female member the B word and a Democrat over and over embarrassing her throughout this exchange. No one stopped him from yelling in her face. 3. The owners response was that she understood where he was coming from after speaking to him, however the female did nothing wrong to the male member for him to degrade her in such a fashion. For an owner of any business to agree with this type of behavior makes it unsafe for any woman or member of this establishment. The owner gave this member a warning only, which means all members, especially women can be subjected to this type of behavior at any given time. It is an open facility 24 hours a day that should feel like a safe place to attend. In one review you stated that you encourage your staff to reach out to security if anything looks remotely odd, yet where was security this time? My question is are you really going to allow a verbally abusive member to stay a member at this facility KNOWING he harassed one of your members. A side recommendation would be to install more panic buttons at your facility because obviously they are needed throughout the gym while dealing with members that you allow to abuse your other members.

I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.

We do a 30 minute session "comped" on them. Cool whatever. Afterwards I'm lightheaded dizzy. Actually went to the restroom and threw up. I have not worked out like that since high school. I truly believe this is all in their predatory agenda on getting people to sign up for the trainer program. So i get swindled into a trainer program that again I DID NOT want. They made it seem like you had to have this trainer program to even get a membership!I just wanted to get the eff out of there. The trainer I was given Janet was constantly on her phone for my sessions. Or would cut them short. If I'm paying $22 a session $88 every two weeks I want my full time! I tell them I want to cancel the trainer program and I'm given the run around and they just stick me with a new trainer. Well now fast forward. I have moved out of state to a state that does NOT have a EOS fitness. Within their tiny printed policy if I do not live within 20 miles of an EOS fitness you can cancel with no penalty. For the last 3 weeks I have tried to cancel my trainer membership bc you can't cancel it with customer service over the phone you have to cancel directly with the gym you signed with. And guess what Andre tells my trainer when I try to cancel before moving, just try and upgrade her! We'll cancel some other time. Excuse me?? Upgraded me to take more of my money when I won't be able to use the service? And then Andre slipped into a meeting quickly so I couldn't get the process started after my training session. I come back the following week to get the process going and while trying to get the Deed to my house emailed to me. Bc again they need the deed to my house to cancel, surprised they didn't ask for my DNA and first born child. Andre again slips into a "meeting" so I cannot be helped in person before leaving out of the state to get my trainer program cancelled. We are now 3 weeks out from me trying to cancel I have been charged for sessions I cannot take bc I DONT live in Vegas anymore and I still have no confirmation on my program being cancelled. Only that a ticket has been submitted. So how long does the ticket sit in submission for? It's a scam to just keep charging you again and again. I am to the point of calling my bank and having them put a stop payment to this program. Or cancelling my credit card all together. Stay far away from this place!! They don't care about your "health" as they sit and claim they just want your money and to screw you around.
