Where do I start. HiloYoga Shala is such a beautiful studio. It is conducive to a very spiritual practice. I think the Yoga Shala has the two best yoga teachers in Hilo I started with Saturday Ashatanga led classes with Colee once a week at 8 am, and immediately changed my work schedule so I can attend her morning Mysore classes. Colee is an amazing, extremely knowledgeable and beautiful teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over 13 years, and her cues and adjustments have significantly improved my strength, alignment and overall practice even more. I feel and noticed my body dramatically changed since her classes. Kristen Coyle's afternoon vinyasa classes are amazing. I so look forward to her classes. Friends think I am crazy for taking two classes a day, but I hate missing their classes. Kristen has spiritual message at the start of her class that really comes from her heart. She has amazing yoga sequences and no two classes ever feel the same. Sweaty and challenging, the class will keep you engaged and motivated. She never seems to have a bad day, always full of passion and so intuitive and caring in every class, and then..so blissful at end of class. I feel so blessed to have the Shala here in Hilo.
