The gist of what she said was that fitness isn't just working out; it is our thoughts, sleep, food choices, goals, creativity, etc. Her actual workouts were tailored for the lifestyle, fitness level, age, and goals for each of our family members. I live far away so I only had her "in person" during the month I was in Hawaii, so she recorded a video of our workout together so I would have her with me at home too! The WODs were well thought out and they were really good about checking in for injuries and scaling. Class size at 8am was perfect and they made sure to pay attention to each and every person. We got a warm welcome on our first day and upon our return. We purchased two t-shirts and they waived our drop in fees, allowing us to drop in for the rest of our trip. They had plenty of equipment to go around and everything was meticulously organized. So grateful to go on vacation and feel like you're working out with your family at home.
