If you are looking to purchase guns and ammo or any FFL transfers look somewhere else. There are hundreds of gun stores around if customer service is a priority for you. If price concerns you, this is one of the priciest shops around as well. The guys that work here are mostly knowledgeable about state and federal regulations and I am sure about guns and such. But when it comes to general courtesy and politeness, they are extremely lacking. Not to mention, their prices are insanely high. In this ever changing political environment, particularly concerning the second ammendment in this beautiful state of CA and it's stupid political regime, a gun business is a risky investment, one minute you got panic buyers and business is booming and the next moment it could all crash, God forbid. Customers are the life of this establishment. I would urge the business owner of this shop to educate the employees to be polite and have the most common of courtesies and treat everybody that comes in this shop as you would like to be treated in any business establishment you go into, as well as represent us, supporters of freedom and the 2nd ammendment, as polite, and courteous people, not a$$holes. Case in point, one of many; I overheard an older gentleman inquiring about purchasing a gun but was looking into the case full of guns approved only for law enforcement, the big boy(the one with the big, and beautiful beard but very concerning weight), goes on to ask the old man, "Are you law enforcement?", to which the old man replies, "No." BIG boy then rudely and bluntly says, "Well then, you're wasting your time." The old man didn't reply and apparently ignored the brash and callous remark and continued to shop for which I commend him for. Honestly great customer service. People complaining that they're "cocky" or "rude" probably don't realize the amount of stupid questions they're asked daily. Very honest, upfront and no BS. That might confuse some people if they're used to being told what they want to hear all the time. I like that these guys will tell you if something is a waste or not also I left a Laser Range Finder there and they went out of their way to look me up, call me and tell me that I left it there. I really want to like this shop. I want to support local businesses. However I've come here 4 times now and I've been less than impressed. I'm new to the gun community and I'm trying to learn. I ask questions about certain guns/ammo and I try to avoid asking when it's busy and I definitely don't hound the staff with a million questions. They answer my questions but they seem so annoyed by my asking and they're just not very helpful. Also considering that California has lots of rules and limitations when it comes to purchases, I would expect them to help navigate customers through that. Bought an AR couple weeks back. Never bought one because I dont know much about them. Buddy of mine gave me the basics. I walked in knowing I was going to buy ammo. Bought 1k rounds of 9mm. Took a few minutes for them to assist me because they were assisting others. I got my box of ammo and asked about their ARs and what they had on special. I told the guy I had very little knowledge. He answered my question confidently and not like I was there to waste his time, like Turners. Picked out the DPMS. I asked him "Would you buy this guy?", he said "For the price and accessories you get, yeah. Its a decent gun to start with". Told him I would take it, add this and that and those 7 boxes of .223. I know people probably come in and ask ALOT of questions and dont buy. But I think people with less knowledge of guns should definitely be educated by their gun dealer. And they did so for me. It made my purchase a lot easier and hope they do the same. It's called customer service. Thanks guys! Only complaint was picking up my gun. Took a while but again, its not just walking in and out with a gun. Just seemed like picking up my other guns was faster. Think streamline. read more

Fantastic experience start to finish. Here is my story as a newbie in the AR style of weaponry. I have no concerns about admitting that I am new to the sport and that lots of terms I do not know or understand will need to be explained. I was promptly greeted and taken to see the hardware by Taylor. Upon explaining my needs and wants a lightbulb hit him like a sunburst and he grabbed something special off the wall. He proceeded to tell me about this custom T91 upper and Areo Lower AR. He Explained to me in great detail the difference between a standard AR and a T91 style. Needless to say I was sold & I bought a very unique type of rifle with a few bells and whistles to round out this combination package. The customer service was impeccable. Every time I asked about a part or a piece Taylor had it in stock. He would walk around the showroom picking all the different parts off the displays so that I could see the choices he has available. Once again explaining to me the pros and cons and the legalities of all the different accoutrements for my T91 I got what I needed. Taylor answered, clarified with excellent analogies, and re-answered all my questions so that I could understand the Terminology, parts and pieces to this new high-powered machine. Thank you for a job well done & a fun experience in buying my 1st long rifle. Looking forward to many more visits to pick up ammo and gaze over the immense inventory of firearms and long guns. Gun selection is good, Prices are good,and the armor is awesome ,But depending on who you are customer service from the main staff is horrible. They appear to be annoyed that you were there looking for a gun or gun parts. They also Pawn you off on other staff when one of their regulars comes in. My biggest complaint is I bought a pair of sites for a pistol of mine and was told they would put them on at no cost life happened I lost my receipt and they said they had to charge me. I went here looking for a rifle (ar15). I had read good things about this place. When I went in they didn't have any in stock. I was told I needed to wait 3 weeks at least to get one built. I asked how much they cost and they said depends on what you want. I had never bought one before. I asked do you have a sheet where I can pick my accessories. He said no they start at $1200 bucks and go from there but no sheet to pick from. It is not a good place if you want a prebuilt gun of if you know nothing about what you're looking for in an AR. He said to go online find what I want and they can build it. I needed more direction but they were not able to provide. Besides waiting for 3 weeks on top of the CA delays made it so I couldn't get in over a month! Perhaps if you know what you want and want a specific build and are an expert this may be for you. This place has everything you need for air soft guns. And lots of other fun gear you can buy. What a lot of people don't know is that they also sell real guns. They dont have them out in the open but you can ask and they can bring them out to you. I found out from a friend of mine and I went over asap and bought a rifle. Bought and airsoft gun took of home fired 3 shots and broke took it back and no refund or exchanges if I would have know that I wouldn't have bought it there.....very disappointed!!!! Ok update it's two weeks later, I had to drive down to kwa to find out they never told the store to fix it, and up buying the parts myself then brought over to Glaze sports where I should have bought it from in The 1st place they got the gun running and ready to go. So the run down is after paying $47 on parts that were already broken for being dry fired. I wish I could post the picture of the paperwork but it won't let me. Oh forgot the price that evo sports gave me was $78 to have the gun fixed. Also today I noticed the fake reply by them on my post. I've also showed that to kwa and they were very shocked that they would lie lik9e that. Terrible customer service, unwilling to help, total dicks work here. Came to purchase two lowers close to the restriction deadline, which yes, it's understandable that lowers might be hard to find during this time.. But the employees were so beyond rude it was unacceptable. We got there 15 minutes prior to opening, as we walked in there was no "welcome" from the employees, instead it was "okay people, what's everyone doing? Are you picking up? Go to the back. If you need to order a gun, go to the back. If you don't know what you need, go to the back. Don't just stand around, or you won't be helped." We get to the counter and tell the guy were looking to purchase two lowers, he cuts us off and says they're all sold out. We sold 500, and have none left. You can't even order them. From LA to Redlands you won't find any. So we left and went to WARRIOR 1 Tactical Guns and Ammo and found 2 lowers almost immediately. Thanks to the jerks at evolution we found our new favorite guns and ammo shop with Warrior one. For a knowledgable and excellent experience go to Warrior 1. The only thing better than the selection here is the staff. They know their stuff and will answer any question you have. I have visted this place many times to fill tanks, buy ammo, and a few upgrades here and there. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. They have everything here from beginner kits to expensive advanced guns. Walked in to buy a rifle and was never greeted by anyone. Stood by the gun case waiting for someone to ether acknowledge me or offer me assistance. Granted it was Saturday and the associates were helping other people. But still it doesn't take much to say "hi, welcome, will be with you in a minute," especially if your customers are going to drop a significant amount of money there. I walked in there yesterday and No one not one employee or customer were wearing a mask. They honestly should put a sign on their door that no one is concern for others. To top off this lady in there sneezed and coughed didn't bother covering her mouth she just coughed and sneezed to the side. That's when I walked out! My husband is a first responder and it's offensive to me that people are being this careless. He can't be home he has to be at a hotel because he exposed everyday. I purchased a gun just a few weeks ago and spent around 400. Service was good and very helpful on the selection/education. I went back the next week and spent 150 on supplies. Seemed the people working were more helpful when the owner was there. I went back again to purchase another gun and there was someone working that was a cop or visiting and was a straight ass like a cop.... you dont treat people like that. I was going to spend another 500 but walked out and will decide to go to ammo bros. Not everyone knows about guns, laws, and regulations. I went to a lot of place looking for ammo for my husband for father's day. Finally, somebody overheard me at a store asking for them and my frustration and told me about Evolution Sports. I don't mind paying a bit more as long as they are in stock! I went Evolution sports to have them assemble an AR15 upper. When I went to pick it up I noticed the top rail was not properly aligned with the upper receiver. I told them this will affect the alignment of the sights not to mention it looks bad. The "gunsmith" who did the work said he couldn't tighten it anymore cause it might strip. I gave them the shims when I dropped it off to use for alignment purposes but he said it couldn't be done. I asked him what he torqued the barrel nut too, he looked confused and said 30 pounds. I told him the specification is between 35 and 85 lbs, the idea that the rail can't be aligned properly is absurd and affects the whole guns capability to be sighted in without having the rear sight cranked all the way to one side. I had to take it to another shop to have it redone, after he stopped laughing it took a real gunsmith 10 min to get it right. I think the guy who was unable to do the job correctly is not the regular gunsmith because this was on a Saturday. To top off my experience he scratched my receiver and hand guard. The arrogant, condescending, know it all is a fake gunsmith and knows nothing about guns. read more

Evolution Sports has an excellent staff which help you out whenever and however you need it. They are experienced and know what their talking about and are incredibly helpful overall. The selection of merchandise is ehhh... Id give it a 7/10. They have lots of stuff, however nearly 70% is for VERY, and I mean it when I say very, serious players. This means that it is unaffordable for the average consumer. I understand that peoples' financial situations vary and it seems unjust to give a 4/5 star rating due to this factor, however I find that for it to deserve a full rating of 5/5, they should accommodate a more "relaxed" player and not try to convince them that buying super expensive equipment is the only way to go. (Some extra info: I bought a $350+ gun and it worked fine for about 1 year. Following that year, it has been completely unreliable and the workers at the store seem to have NO idea what is going on with it. Ive brought the dumb thing in to them probably 20 times and no matter what they tinker with or tell me to do, it remains unfixed. To make the matters worse, for a gun that cost WELL over the average price of a decent rifle, when I purchased the item they only gave me half of the parts that originally came with the rifle itself. I have no idea why I got the short end of the stick in this situation as I realize that other people seem to be doing fine with them, however I just thought it might interest any consumer to know this short story of mine.) read more
