My experience at JD sports is horrendous!! What happened to customer service! The manager who is a…read moreyoung tall female is extremely rude. I paid almost $200 for shoes and I needed help returning them. She did not bother to help. In fact she kept telling me to get out the way. This is my second time coming to return. The first time they told me to call customer service to help me with my broken link. I did that and I was told the transaction number would suffice for a return. I came a second time and she didn't even bother to look at her screen and try to help. It's laziness. I need help and the managers pretty much leave the customers on their own. JD should have a customer service where employees can call and help customers. She kept hinting I step aside as I'm trying to log in to the app to get information. My receipt was never emailed to me so I've been having issues with returning my product. However there is proof of my purchase. The issue here is that employees are not willing to go out of their way to help customers. This issue happened because the employee who rang me up at VG didn't sign me up correctly and the receipt wasn't emailed to me. She didn't even include y number she imputed 0's I'm on the phone for the third time with JD sports and again they are telling me the transaction number is enough. This broken system does not allow for smooth returns in a digital era. I would not recomend to purchase shoes here if returns are this difficult. After calling customer service for the 3rd time and a 45 minute call the customer service rep called JD sports for me and walked them through the process of processing my return. The manager Edwin Hernandez. Was the person I spoke with the first time I walked in to the store and attempted to return my item. He didn't even apologize for wasting my time. Nor for the lack of support for my issue. The initial response for these associates is call customer service. If they called customer service themselves and tried to help me it could have been done then.

I had no idea there were any out here because when I looked online it doesn't show these addresses. I was able to get tons of clothing and I love everything that I got. I'm very excited that I can come shop here. I'm a size 20 and I wear between a 2X and a 3X depending on the type of clothing. There's tons of clothing to choose from. The only downfall is you can only try on three items at a time. So it took me a while to try things on. I had to keep putting my clothing back on after trying on my items and going back-and-forth multiple times. Another thing too is that their dressing rooms are warm. If you're a big girl you know that we need the air on full blast when we're trying to maneuver into clothing. Other than that there was no issues. Found some great items on the sales rack as well. I'm definitely coming back
