There's only one call you need to make: National Glass & Aluminum!…read more I don't write Google (or any other) reviews of any kind. Revealing to the public my satisfaction or dissatisfaction with products or services is simply not my style. And I tend to be skeptical when I see reviews that fall at the extreme end at either side of the spectrum. I promised myself that if/when the time came that I would offer a review, it would have to be for one phenomenal or horrendous business. So now I am about to pen my first review. We'd been having trouble with our shower sliding doors for months. My solution, much to my wife's ire, was to simply maneuver them back and forth by brute force. Well on Sunday (February 4, 2024) the doors would no longer budge. Seems that I had been pushing them so hard that the came off their tracks. And the top of the door unit popped out as well. Thankfully we have two other bathrooms so I wouldn't be left taking Monday's shower at Planet Fitness. We checked the internet for businesses that seemed to be equipped to handle repairs or, worst case scenario, install a whole new unit. One looked as good as the other, so we settled on National Glass & Aluminum. I emailed the establishment Sunday afternoon. I received a phone call mid-morning Monday requesting photos of the unit, my address and phone number. Scott arrived at about 2:00 pm that same day. A very personable and professional guy. He went upstairs to our master bedroom where the culprit was in residence. At this point I was expecting word that the unit was beyond repair and a replacement would cost me thousands. After taking a good look at the unit, which again, I thought was on life support. Scott said, "no problem, I can fix it." About 15 minutes later Scott returned telling me the job was done. I went upstairs and the doors worked as good as new (better). The price? Well beyond reasonable. Impressive, to say the least! Trust me, folks, National is the real deal. If you need any work or product that involves their products or services, don't waste your time with a google search. There's only one call you need to make: National Glass & Aluminum!

After seeing the television advertising for 10 Day Kitchen Solutions, we scheduled an appointment…read moreand visited the showroom. I'll start by saying the showroom is beautiful and the products appear to be high quality. Our kitchen is very small, approximately 4x8, so we were surprised when the estimate came in at $50,000. What made that especially difficult to justify was that the price did not include appliances, or our quartz countertops that we wanted. This was primarily for demolition, installation, and cabinetry. One advantage they promote is speed. Traditional kitchen remodels can take months between design appointments, ordering cabinets, and contractor scheduling, so I understand paying more for convenience and a faster timeline. However, for comparison purposes, we ultimately completed our kitchen elsewhere. We selected upgraded features including pull-out shelves, pantry storage, lazy susan corner cabinet, garbage cabinet, and quartz countertops, and our final cost was $15,500 in total ($13,000 for the cabinetry + $2,500 for tbe quartz countertop). That means our quote from 10 Day Kitchen Solutions was more than three times higher, while still not including countertops or the appliances. This review is not about quality, we thought the showroom and products looked excellent. It simply came down to affordability and value. For homeowners with larger budgets who prioritize speed, this may be a good fit. For us as seniors, paying cash, and not financing, the pricing put it out of reach.

I stopped by the show room to check it out this past October…read more After about 30 minutes, someone approached to see if I was in need of help. Mind you, there were at least 4 other people in the showroom when I arrived: no acknowledgement of my presence. After discussion and Q&A, I set up an appointment for the person to come to my house and see the space, answer more questions, take some measurements; that was 11/12 2025. It has been 6 months, with no follow up. At all. from anyone, in any form.
