We've never met, and I don't know her personally, but from the moment she answered the phone, I could genuinely feel her kindness, positivity, and welcoming spirit. She made me feel valued as a customer before I even stepped foot in the dealership. I'm scheduled to come in on Tuesday, August 4, to purchase a vehicle, and thanks to Geysa, I'm truly looking forward to the experience. I don't know every CarMax location, but if Geysa is a reflection of the customer service at CarMax Burbank, then they've set the bar incredibly high--not just for other CarMax locations, but for dealerships throughout the Los Angeles area. Geysa's energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth immediately made me feel welcome. She turned a simple phone call into an experience I'll remember, and that's something special. Thank you, Geysa, for making such a positive first impression. I can't wait to meet you in person!

As customers were greeted and assisted, we continued to wait. There were 4 employees standing near the customer service area speaking amongst themselves. Around 10 minutes later, we were still not greeted or assisted. Due to the employees lack of acknowledgment, we began to get frustrated. I approached the group of employees that were standing nearby, and asked if we could get assistance. The employees all looked to one another, then 1 employee stepped forward. This employee asked if we had an appointment, to which I replied no. The employee stated that they do not take walk-ins after 6 o'clock. He continued to ask questions such as, have you been a customer before, do you know what kind of car you're looking for. To which I replied yes. This employee then continued to speak, explaining that they do not accept walk-ins after this time so the availability of their workers. After receiving this information my family and I left. I don't have an issue with their policy or procedures regarding walk-ins. I have an issue with the lack of professionalism and customer service. There were several employees available who could have stated this information upon our arrival. However they continued to ignore my family and I. A little courtesy and respect goes a long way. Clearly the employees here don't possess those qualities. While I possesses an appraisal offer for my trade in vehicle, I will seek service elsewhere.

Arby and his team take the time to understand exactly what we are looking for and ensure that we get the precise vehicle we want, with the right features and specifications. They make the entire process so seamless, transparent, and stress-free that we will never go directly to a dealership again to purchase or lease a vehicle. I've leased two luxury vehicles through them, and most recently I helped my elderly aunt and uncle lease a new car as well. This time we worked with Arpi to secure a lease on a Kia Sportage Hybrid, and she was absolutely incredible. She is genuinely one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She was endlessly patient, accommodating, and responsive to every question, request, and preference we had throughout the process. My aunt and uncle had a lot of specific needs, and I honestly think many people would have walked away from the deal because it required so much extra time and effort. Instead, Arpi handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and grace. She never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Her manager was equally wonderful, approving several special requests to make sure my aunt and uncle were comfortable and happy with their lease. After working with this company for the third time, I can confidently say I won't use anyone else. Their customer service, patience, honesty, and pricing are truly unmatched. If you're looking for a car broker you can trust, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Extremely disappointing experience!…read more We came in for what should have been a simple oil change, but the experience quickly turned into something completely different. We were told that GM would cover part of the expenses and that we were receiving a special "discount." Based on that information, additional services and charges were added to our invoice. However, when we contacted GM directly, we were told that they had never heard of anything like the discount or arrangement we were told about. Carlos was the person who specifically explained this supposed "discount" system to us. After speaking with GM ourselves, we were left with the impression that we had been given misleading information in order to justify additional charges and services that we did not need. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering taking your car here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and verifying any claims about manufacturer discounts or coverage directly with GM before agreeing to additional work. Terrible experience. We will not be returning ever.
