Artin, one word- AMAZING. I have probably leased around four different cars, and have worked with four different brokers. I have NEVER had an easy and incredible experience quite like this one. First, Artin is so responsive. If you have an office job, you know how hard it can be to communicate over phone constantly. Artin is so quick to respond via text message, in such an organized manner, which makes it so much easier to understand. Second, he listens to exactly what you want and does not feed you any BS. He tells you upfront what the situation is, and doesn't sugar coat to ensure your business. I initially wanted an IS, which he got me approved for. However, last minute I changed my mind and wanted a Range Rover Evoque, and he managed to make that happen in a few days! Third, he delivers exactly what was promised. He doesn't promise one thing, and do another. He is a man of his word. In short, I have never experienced such professionalism and organization when looking for a car. I had an excellent experience with Boriss of Evo Auto. I was looking for an infiniti when a friend suggested that I go through a professional auto broker. I looked on craigslist and found Boriss of Evo Auto. I called him on the phone and told him exactly what I was looking for. He was very honest and told me what was available and at what price ranges. He called me back shortly thereafter with several different options. He even presented options of other vehicles I was looking for. I have never written a review so for me to write this one up says a lot. I know a few people will be wondering HOW you can get such a good deal and if its too good to be true. Let me tell you its not and Artin/Arman got me a great deal on a NX 200t F sport. Basically what they do (IMO) is get you the "dealer invoice" price and/or the rebates available to give you the best price possible. I checked other local dealerships and they couldn't come close to the price we got on our lease. Another thing that was nice was the fact that I never left my home to complete the deal. I filled out the Lexus application online at the dealership he was getting the car from and then he delivered the car/contract to my home! I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future.
