It was far from me but the co-owner, Mikii, was so helpful with troubleshooting the problem over the phone, I went there. Audio Sonic did further research and ultimately replaced the digitizer, a less expensive option. Unfortunately, it failed to fix the issue of "ghost touch" which was a Mazda flaw in certain years and models. The recall did not correct mine. Audio Sonic gave me a full refund without hesitation.
