Request was to get Apple CarPlay installed in my 2019 truck…read more Positives: work was completed quickly Negatives: Sony unit that had Apple Carplay also had a button for satellite radio, so I tried to use my subscription, didn't work. I asked why it wouldn't work and Miller told me I didn't request the receiver as part of the installation so it would cost an additional $200. Didn't make sense As I got a unit but that Button costs an additional $200. More communication was needed. After installation, I also noticed when I received text msgs and tried to respond using my voice, the unit cutoff. no reply text msg is able to be used. And still can't! Work was done quickly, but I didnt get the functionality I should have gotten with text function and satellite radio.

I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. So it's been a while, 8 years to be exact since I spent several thousand dollars at this store…read morehaving my windows tinted and a top of the line subwoofer system put in. After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!
