Instead, there are buttons on the steering wheel. After 8 months I never got used to the buttons, especially on a traffic circle. I found aftermarket stalks and bought them. Turns out the steering wheel and airbag have to be removed to do the installation and I was not up to that with either skills or tools. I worked for hours to find someone to install them. Tesla would not and most places would not touch the job or if they did wanted a fortune to do the work. Marc was great in explaining everything and setting me up with an appointment. The place has a great vibe. They set me up with WiFi and the music they play is great. I highly recommend Imagine Audio as my go-to place for anything involving the dashboard.

I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. Extremely professional and great people work here from the owner on down. I highly recommend this business.

They got the radio out put a new mount in there and they fixed the pins that connected to my wire harness (a real pain in the but job). After all this I had some more problems with my radio down the line and they covered it under the 2 year 6k mile warranty and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. They know what they are doing and will charge a fair price especially with the customer service they provided. Would come back again

When I went to US1, the front guy was very nice, pleasant and I felt comfortable. I asked him if he would charge me again if some go wrong, he said NO. 2 months later my radio stopped touching, so I went back to US1, they checked it to find out it was a bad radio. I asked them if they can take it out and install my factory radio, they did for no charge. As I am waiting I approached the salesperson and asked if he'll charge me installation if I was to buy his radio, the guy said: you already taking a loss, I wouldn't charge u installation. I picked up a Blaupunkt radio, I was given free install and 18 months in store warranty. 2 weeks later, went back and bought kiker speakers to replace my factory, they sounded a lot better as they promised . Thanks US1 for the customer service and the great product .

First of all, I'm an electrician and I'm on yelp. All of my reviews are 5 stars (except for one…read moreperson who didn't even hire me). I'm saying this so you know that I understand what good service is. I came to Pat in a pretty desperate situation. The fob for my Van's lock and alarm broke that morning -I was stuck at home with a locked and alarmed van. I started desperately calling around to places trying to get an appointment. To be honest, I knew this was a problem and I had already done a bunch of research. I actually wanted to get a new alarm system that would automatically set itself if I forgot to do it myself. It looked like I was going to spend a couple hundred bucks, but that's fine with me. At such short notice, I couldn't find anyone who could do the work sooner than a few weeks. Fortunately I found Pat at Alarm and Tint Specialist. He was super friendly on the phone, tried to explain how I could bypass the alarm system so I could drive, and said he thought that he would have a new fob for me. The next thing he said really surprised me: my alarm didn't need to be replaced, he could reprogram it so that the doors locked automatically. After I figured out how to bypass the alarm, I drove over and true to his word, Pat reprogrammed my alarm and gave me a new fob... While I waited. So, it turns out most of the alarm companies are owned by Viper, so I didn't need an exact match for my fob (which is no longer made). Okay, in case you're not getting it: NOBODY had told me this. They all wanted to sell me a new system which would have cost hundreds of dollars more than what Pat charged me to reprogram my alarm system on the spot. I'm going to add a couple more things: 1). I had a good time hanging out with Pat while I was there. We talked working guy stuff, owning your own business, but unlike a lot of mechanics and technicians I've met, he wasn't a grunt. I had a good time talking to him. 2). His shop is a big garage and he does the work right there. Other places I had been to in the past were more like a showroom so I appreciate it that Pat is unpretentiously excellent at what he does. He knew the product, he knew what to do, and I didn't feel like I needed a big, pretty, shiny store to get the job done. I wish more businesses were as easy and straightforward to deal with.
