We moved 60 miles away from Joe, but she still drives back to the old neighborhood for auto service. Joe is tops, runs a small shop, stays personal yet smart business man. Goes above and beyond the normal parameters of his profession. Once stayed late on Halloween night to get my work truck up and running. He has picked us up, picked up our vehicles, dropped us off, dropped off our vehicles and opened early for me on several occasions. As a small business owner myself, his "extras" are the things that separate us "little guys" from the big chain stores that treat you like a number. Thx for everything, Joe.

We had such an excellent experience with Public Service Solar…read more I started my process with EnergySage and wound up with 4 bids. They were all over the map, but I looked up all the companies, had zoom calls with three of them, and then narrowed it down to Public Service Solar and Infinity Energy. I went with Public Service because they were able to get the job done quickly, and because they had a roofing team as part of their business. They also had the best warranties on everything (roof, work, solar gear). I was also impressed that many of my calls had me talking to the owner/founder of the company, not a lower-level desk jockey. In the end Public Service outperformed all their promises. They got the permits lightning fast, did my roof in a day, and solar install in a 2nd day. The were super professional throughout the process, including placing 2 or 3 follow up calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. They managed the mess of paperwork with the state of NJ to get enrolled in all incentive programs, and one year on, we're saving a ton of money and selling excess production back to the grid. It's proven to be a great financial decision already. Truly I have not had many experiences with major contractors that have been as painless, and I have recommended them personally to several friends and colleagues when they ask me about or solar install.

As I walked into the store I was greeted by "Josiah" who assisted me with my questions. He asked me the make, model and year of my vehicle. Once I gave him all the information he then brought out two different batteries to review with me and we selected the best one. He also brought out some anti-corrosion protection for the battery as well. Since I was new to this store he enrolled me in the rewards program and then took my gift card and payment for the battery and other product. As Josiah was installing the battery in my car, I was ask several questions regarding the battery and other things and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate his time, customer service and attention to detail as I was in a bit of a panic since I went over to Advanced Auto Parts to have the same thing done and was not treated well. After my experience with Advanced Auto Parts, I will NEVER go back and deal with that type of treatment especially when Auto Zone is right across the street and providing EXCELLENT customer service to their customers. (Stay far away from Advanced Auto Parts Store#7773) I highly recommend Auto Zone on Eagleview Bouledvard in Exton, PA. Stop in and ask for "Josiah" and trust me you won't be disappointed.
