They failed to put my wheel lock and 3 out of 5 lug nuts back on one of my tires. I was driving my car unknowingly with this MAJOR SAFTEY HAZZARD. I have 3 children I drive around in this car!! I noticed a thumping , clunking noise early this morning on my way to work. I did not initially think it could be my tire literally falling off!! TO my surprise sure enough my lug nuts including my wheel lock where not on my tire and my tire was detaching from my car!! When I contacted the shop they would rather deny any responsibility nor address the issue. I will never trust this shop nor another without my own inspection from now on. This is unethical and totally unsafe practice

I made an appointment with the Cherry Hill facility in order to avoid driving the PA Turnpike (tolls and tie ups). The first phase was to obtain a preliminary estimate for the front end bumper damage. I met with Jaqueline, a service writer, who was prompt, friendly and informative. We went out to my 2025 Model 3 where she looked at the visible damage and explained there would likely be additional problems discovered when the dented part was removed in doing repairs. Tesla bodies are not sheet metal, but more a resin plastic that are more easily replaced than repaired. Too, the composite headlight was also scratched and disfigured and would need a new part at a cost of $1,600. Total preliminary cost estimate - $4,500 +/-. I passed this information along to the liable party for use with her insurance company to commence their investigation. It will likely want to get their own estimate, which is their right. I will insist on authentic Tesla parts and not aftermarket inferior materials. It appears at this point that Tesla is going to stand behind their work and effectively advocate for meeting the highest standards. We should hear from the responsible insurance company shortly to get the ball rolling. Five Star first interaction. To be continued.

On January 25, 2024, the earliest appointment at Tesla Collision in Owings Mills, MD, the only one in Maryland, was April 9, 2024. Tesla Collision Cherry Hill, however, had an appointment for January 31. They completed the work (front bumper replacement) within a week. Considering the last time I used Tesla Owings Mills for a different repair that took them 4 months, I'm singing, shouting, and serenading praises for Tesla Collision Cherry Hill. The staff were friendly and professional and organized and disciplined. The process for drop-off and pickup were both seamless and clear. Communication was consistent, accurate, and well appreciated! They charged my vehicle to the recommended 80% as well as agreed to charge my rental vehicle. They also complimentary washed the car and cleaned the interior cabin. Overall and above all: excellent!

I am really impressed with the AutoZone on Washington Street. The store is always organized and…read morespotless, which is saying something given how many parts they stock. The staff is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with car maintenance details and matching parts. Their app makes the experience even better--you can save your car info and instantly see compatible parts, prices, and availability. The inventory updates in real time for this store and others nearby, so if something isn't in stock here, it's easy to find where it is. The loyalty program is excellent too, and the prices are always fair. Cars can be a money pit sometimes, but this AutoZone makes it easy to feel confident you're getting honest advice and good value. Every visit feels efficient and friendly, and I've even met other car enthusiasts and small business owners there. It's one of those rare places that's consistently well run and a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend!

Did not even ask for the TPMS installation in the first place. They added that because the operator wasn't listening to my request or deliberately ignored--I explicitly said no TPMS needed. Denied responsibility for the new sound in the wheel that appeared out of nowhere, said it's my fault for declining them pulling the car report--what's the connection between the report and the new mechanical problem? Would the sound not have appeared if I had pulled the report? A much more likely story is that there was a lurking problem they didn't know about and something they did made the symptom appear. In which case it would have been their responsibility to let me know that the absence of the report could cause further problems. Either way they need to tell the truth afterwards instead of telling a poor lie and trying to accuse me for the problem. Saw another comment saying their good brake pad and rotor got swapped out for bad ones--I would not be surprised if that were true, especially if you denied any of their more profitable service. Oil and filter change plus tire rotation is around $250 which is on the high end for auto shops. They're very intransparent about it and will be pissed when you ask for a detailed quote, so I'm sharing that here if anyone wonders. They'll also be pissed off when you show up one and a half hour later after they told you that's how long the work would take, and then proceed to take another one and a half hour to actually be done (possibly to drag out the labor hours). So much more unprofessional and improper behavior that I will skip here for brevity. Pretty outrageous for charging on the high end while delivering extremely hostile service. Will not even go back for the TPMS because I cannot trust them at all. Run your diagnostics elsewhere before coming here if you must--I would suggest getting work done elsewhere entirely. If you really enjoy spending money to get yelled at I would suggest an S&M dungeon instead. Or if you'd like to break your car I could do that for you for free.

Wow! Knowledgable, helpful, competent and kind. And a Family business. I needed a battery…read morereplacement for the 12 V in my Prius while I was out here with the family for a long weekend. I was worried about the car not starting if I didn't get it replaced but I didn't have tools down here with me. Couple of complicating factors: the 12V on my car is in the trunk area so a lot of places won't touch it. Also, because it's in the trunk, it has a vent hose for hydrogen/offgassing and not all OEM replacement batteries have the right connection for the vent. Brandon, who owns the place, confirmed with me over the phone the kind of battery he had in stock and the vent placement. And his son, Braydon, even helped me with the tricky connectors and corroded electrode terminals. They were incredibly meticulous with the work. It meant so much to me to have the peace of mind that the battery was replaced and reconnected securely with cleaned terminals. Can't recommend this place and the family highly enough. Daphne
