Updating from my previous review. So it turns out they never even got my deposit in the first place but still scheduled me. They called me around 2PM saying maid is going to run late and should arrive no later than 3PM. Despite that the maid still arrived at 3:20PM. Didnt even clean for a hour left in hurry because she was running late for other appintments. The maid promised to return for full service following day but couldnt tell me exactly what time. Despite the promise i posted a review regarding my first time experiences with them. Later on messaged the manager to ask if this was a corret procedure for their cleaning services. Manager informed me that she was happy to return and give full service as long as i pay my due deposit. Very next minute i gave my deposit the manager decided to take a different attitude towards the whole problem. Manager said due to their term of service, once client post bad review that they cannot give service. Why did she pormise to return service knowing i posted 1 star review. Thats when i decided to call them so there is no more miscommunication through text. When i told them i am willing to take down my review or update after full service or partial refund they still refused. When i asked why they thought they recieved my deposit they said there was 3 other patricks that submitted cleaning service on the same day.... First of all they couldnt even get the scheduling and deposit right. Second they only provided less than a 1hour service when i specifically asked for 1 bed 1 bathroom kitchen and living room. Third despite knowing i posted a 1 star review the manager still told me they were happy to return for full service. Only to inform me that they cant AFTER receiving deposit Fourth the whole miscommunication about being schedule and not receiving deposit is their problem but i ended up suffering. read more

The lady came alone whereas I used the same service few months back, 2 people came and they organized everything even though it wasn't a great service but a good decent one. This time she literally charged 170+ for changing bed covers. Not punctual. Said every draw she was scared of organizing because there were things. *** *Extremely lazy and said some reason or the other to just avoid the work****. Very bad experience. Waste of money & time. This lady is a liar and a Sham. She told me she will send 2 cleaners for 2.5 hours. She not only came late she did a sloppy job, she came by herself with a Range Rover. She was suppose to be there at 7.30 she arrived and 7.45 and by herself and left at 9.30. When I complained about the cost she said she won't leave the place and will call the police. I would have liked to give them no stars. I explained on the phone I just had a tenant leave and the house had just been painted and so was very very dirty and dusty. I asked the cleaner if she should bring another person and she said she could manage. She turned up without any proper equipment or cleaning stuff to do the job although on the phone I was told equipment etc would be brought and then said she would stay only 1 1/2 hours!! The end result was that the house was not clean and I have to get another company to do the job. This was a very bad experience for us as we were working on a tight margin to get everything ready. Not even basins cleaned, let alone kitchen. Sloppy cleaning. Very bad job. I have used many different cleaners and I have never had this experience. WOW is all I can say. If you want someone to clean your house, like just show up at all, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. First time, it was my fault. I reserved on yelp but did not enter my address, however they did not follow up with me to request it. Whatever. They told me to reserve on their website, which I did. I moved my day around to accommodate their availability. THEY STRAIGHT UP DID NOT SHOW UP. Third time I get a notification email 15 mins prior to my appointment that it was canceled. It's getting so ridiculous they offer me a free cleaning. All set. They were supposed to arrive at 9:30am and it's 10 now, they will not answer phones or reply to emails. So...... I have mixed feelings about the service I received. The pair that came looked professional and seemed to understand what needs to be done. I booked a deep cleaning time frame and services. Unfortunately, when they were "done" in 3 hrs, even though the booking, per the website is 4 hrs or as long as needed. They cleaned only what was visible! I asked for all light switches to be cleaned. In advance we agreed that my balcony door will be cleaned. It was left streaked and no one bothered to clean the rail that the door slides on. All mirrors were streaked. Kitchen cabinet doors were not wiped clean. Overall, they did just enough to make it look clean, but most items that are considered deep cleaning were not done. Again, the pair was very sweet but I felt that I paid way too much for the mediocre job that was done. The following day was my Bday and I was given a minor discount when the fact came up. I cannot say enough about Everything Pink Maids, in the past I found Maids to be late and unreliable. My first visit was outstanding, Samantha and Esmeralda came to my home which is 12,000 square feet and 3 floors. I want to point out I did not give them much notice and they managed to squeeze me in, arrived on time and brought so all their cleaning supplies. Both of them worked so hard, they did not miss anything, they went from one corner of the room to the other. I have never seen my home as clean. When they left, they left me a beautiful Thank you card thanking me for my business, since then I now use them on a regular basis.
