BEWARE! I want to share my experience to help those most vulnerable make a better decision than I…read moredid. I hired Roshawna or whatever her name is to clean two of my homes. The issues I had with her are as follows: she took entirely too long; she talked on her telephone the entire time she was cleaning; she brought an unauthorized person to my home; she didn't honor what the contract said she would clean. The first time she cleaned my home was on a Saturday. She said the job would only take 4 hours. She arrived at my home around 10:30 AM and did not leave until 3:30 AM the next day. She left twice. The first time I was OK with her leaving because it was now 4 PM and I needed to go to the grocery store (I thought she would have been done by now). She returned late and brought a guy who had been smoking marijuana; the smell was so strong that it lingered all through my two story home. I talked to her about bringing a man to my house without my permission (especially since he had been smoking marijuana). She apologize and I had to pay him and for his Uber home. Around 9 PM she said her brother needed his car therefore, she left again to take her brother his car. I noticed that she never finished one room completely and her excuse was that she was going to come back to it but she didn't. I tried hard to give her the benefit of the doubt because she said she was just doing me a favor and that she usually didn't work on Saturdays. Plus, she does have a beautiful personality. The second home she cleaned was 2300 sq ft; 3 bedrooms and two baths, living room and kitchen; but the first home was 3200 sq ft and more rooms. She said she would charged me by the hour since the home was smaller and it wasn't a lot to clean. She arrived late due to some altercation at a gas station she had with the cashier. She came on a Wednesday and got started around 10:50 AM. She cleaned a small bathroom for two and a half hours. She started on a small bedroom that was already cleaned but needed the furniture dust and to be swept. She worked for about 30 minutes in that bedroom and then decided to go to lunch. She left around 1:20 PM and returned around 2:20 PM and then sat down and ate. After she finished eating, she stated that she would have to leave to take her brother to go play basketball if I didn't pay for him an Uber. When I complained about her being on the telephone, she claimed she had to talk on the telephone with her brother because she was using his car; and that she didn't know why the other people were calling her since they knew she was at work. (Also, I want to note that she then said she worked 6 days out of a week but before she said she didn't work on Saturdays-red flag!) She cleaned only two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 ceiling fans, and the oven. She didn't clean the oven good and stated that she couldn't get it perfect and she acted like she didn't know how to use the oven cleaner; she left black stuff on the bathroom tiles, and didn't clean underneath the toilet in the first bathroom. She said she cleaned the drawers out in the bathroom but she didn't. Her boyfriend called around 10:25 PM and then she was ready to leave without finishing the entire job. She said she would come back another day to finish the things she didn't get to. She left around 10:30 PM. I immediately felt bamboozled. She still had not cleaned the ceiling fans at the first house and I helped her clean both homes. I wrestled a lot with writing this review and at one point I prayed to just forgive her and move on. However, forgiving a person doesn't mean that I don't tell the truth about their services. I felt it was important to write this review because I am a senior citizen and this review may help other senior citizens from being taken advantage of and cheated. People rely on these reviews for good and honest services. Also, I felt very uncomfortable with her bringing a man to my home that had been smoking marijuana; and with her making videos of my house without my permission. At that point, I felt that she was setting me up to be robbed or burglarized. In addition, the least this review may serve is to help Roshawna re-evaluate her business methods. Overall, I wanted to share my experience especially to help those most vulnerable make a better decision than I did. I will never use her again!BEWARE:

When I called and first booked, I spoke to Diego and gave a heads up of our situation. My mom is…read morevery sick and I mentioned that we needed to do a deep clean on the house due to her cronic breathing issues. After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters!
