It's good to see her off the cell phone and iPad and just enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Her favorite thing is the swings and the zip line type thing, she can just go back and forth a million times on it, this park also has a walking trail, basketball courts, soccer/baseball fields and ample parking, on this outing we forgot our basketball but was still a nice time. We had a picnic and she swing her heart out,

Its a gravel path around perimeter and is exactly 1 mile so its great for keeping track of your distance and pace. There's also numerous fitness stations if you want to do a full circuit workout. * There are multiple baseball diamonds, soccer fields, basketball courts, a volleyball pit and horseshoes. * You can rent out shaded pavilions and grills for parties and evens. They are pretty nice and spacious. * A mid-sized playground for 1 to 6 year olds. The older kids seem to enjoy it too. * Ample parking with multiple large lots located around the park. The one area for improvement would be add more trees and bushes for shade and scenery. Some masonry, and maybe monuments with local history on it would be a nice bonus.

It is essentially pavement designed to look like roads with local shops sponsoring storefronts. There are no toys to make this a real town, but you can bring your scooter to ride the streets. There are also at least 2 playgrounds. There is a small one that looks like a castle and features a rock climbing wall near a parking lot. This is near tennis courts and a baseball field. If you walk on a path through a couple of parking lots, you will arrive at a space-themed playground. There are swings too. On my visit, they were holding a space camp in the pavilion and that was fun to watch. Definitely come here if you're in the area with kids!

Munro park consists of many different ball fields and a walking path through the center. It also has some tennis and basketball courts as well as a small playground and a skate park by the large parking lot near Bristol Rd. There are flush bathrooms available during the spring, summer, and fall next to the playground. Right next to this park is Warminster Park, which is an old naval base. It is very large, has an approximately 3 mile walking trail around the outside, 2 different playgrounds, a dog park (must pre-register your dog), safety town (for little kids on scooters/bikes), and a plethora of ball fields/courts.

This park is right off Bristol Road on an old air base and you couldn't possibly miss it. It's a spot that will please people of all sorts, as there is quite a bit to do. There is a pretty long track that runs along the perimeter of the place, with exercise spots along the way. I believe it says it's about 2.5 miles, which is great if you're trying to keep some accountability. You'll even get to see the abandoned neighborhood through some of the fencing as you walk, which is kind of cool to see. This place also has a dog park within it, as well as a huge playground. It's a great spot to bring the kids, but make them go to the bathroom beforehand. The restrooms are locked for the winter and the porta potties aren't in great shape. If you find yourself wondering across the street, there is another park (Munro) that offers another playground and a place for the skateboarders to let loose. If you know what geocaching is, you will also be able to partake in some of that. Most people I encounter absolutely love this park. Great for runners, bladers, and bikers. For me personally, I enjoy places that are a little more quiet and have nature trails. This place works though.
