Although I…read morehad been inside the facility several times over the years, I had never seen the new outdoor pools and water park theme up close. Have to say that while it appears to be an amusement park from beyond the fence with massive water slides and multiple aquamarine pools for various uses; from within it makes more sense and is actually quite attractive in a hyperactive way. Happy Hour with half price drinks was a good deal, and the bar food offerings were also well designed to complement the alcoholic drinks, if not all that tasty, nor compelling in their own right. So many people in a relatively small space around the bar, that conversation was a bit challenging. Plenty of alternative distractions among the many "beautiful" folks who enjoy being the center of attention, and know how to do it right, especially when encouraged with beverage. With music playing in the background the experience was a mixed bag. Clearly, the plan is a bit over the top, and made for people with kids or those who like this glitterati experience. Yet, there was a full house that evening, and business was booming. Covid put an end to the crowds for the last year, but I suspect the club will be back in action full tilt come vaccinations and reduced mask wearing. I'm the more cautious type, and will wait a while before accepting my next invitation.

The entire build process was a complete mess. I should've known there would be issues when the first day, the project manager asked me if I had a gas man for the gas plumbing. Then later on, somehow the entire outdoor kitchen which was included in the customer approved design, disappeared when sent for permits. Then came a pause in the project to get a new design and permitting. All the while, the owner was nearly impossible to get in touch with and when you do, you get a lot of 'I'll get with my people and we'll figure out what happened'. This is just a few of the speed bumps we had to cross to finally be done with this build. If you're ok being your own project manager, maybe this company is good for you. But if your expecting an all inclusive experience...I'd look elsewhere.

I have no complaints, but this one lifeguard Lindsay was so rude. She was constantly yelling at…read morekids for no reason, like for swimming with a ball. She was so ill-mannered that all she did was blow her whistle and complain under her breath. However, this one lifeguard, Brigid, was so kind. She even made sure that everyone, including myself, was safe and cared for. I completely recommend meeting lifeguard Brigid, hence she make my day. I gave the NGP 4 stars due to the fact that lifeguard Lindsay was so rude. Watch out for her when you plan to visit this establishment!

This is our fifth summer at this pool. For the price you pay, which is much cheaper than the other…read morepools we looked at, I think it's a good deal. We've always been able to find chairs, though I always bring my own anyway just in case. The staff is firm with the rules, like no running on the concrete deck and making sure you have your membership cards with you. Personally, I like that the staff are watching everyone and keeping the rules enforced. There are always people who get pissy about having their children corrected when they break rules, and certainly there are always people at the pool who think rules only exist for everyone else. The pool has always been clean, the staff patrols the area and the lifeguards are attentive, and the whole area is nicely kept. We live in Upper Dublin and drive 20 minutes to this pool every day because it's a much better deal and my kids love the water slides and snack shack (though the snack shack is outside the pool club, but they can walk there in one minute). Overall, we've been happy there and plan to continue going!

Terrible customer service at Golf Galaxy in North Wales, PA…read more On 6/13/26, I returned an item and asked if my rewards dollars could be credited back to my Dick's Sporting Goods account. The salesperson told me I had to call customer service myself. Later, when I called, customer service was able to restore some rewards and even asked why the store hadn't handled it directly. I then wanted to purchase a shirt in another size. The employee found it was only available online and began placing the order on his personal phone. When three customers lined up behind me, he asked me to step aside while he helped them, which I agreed to. He handed me his phone--which had a badly cracked screen and incoming text messages popping up--and expected me to complete the purchase myself. I decided to order the item at home instead. To top it off, when I asked whether a polo shirt was for men or women, a different employee curtly replied, "That's the men's section. The ladies section is in the BACK!!" The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I did not feel valued as a customer and was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and service at this store.

It is unbelievably terrible this year so far and I don't even think they have mowed the grass area yet. Unfortunately this is the closest range to my home so I frequent a few times a week. I may have to drive a bit and start using Freddy hill , which is much better for those that hit off of grass. June 2018 update: they started mowing the grass , and there is grass, on the natural range. Much better then last year!
